This is my 7th new purchase in 25 years! I have to say, this was the easiest, friendliest and fastest sale ever (and all over the phone). I am from Myrtle Beach and normally purchase from here but when I called our KIA they didnt have time to discuss anything with me and told me to come "in" and look. So I did :) I found what I wanted, test drove and said thank you and left. Googled what I wanted and it took me to your website! I called and asked for a salesperson, I was immediately transferred to Damion Galloway. He was super pleasant and ready to help. We were on the phone back and forth almost the entire day, but got me in the car that fit my needs! The car I really wanted "wasnt" what I really wanted, I liked the spoiler on the Optima SX which came standard, but I didnt care for all the other bells and whistles... so he put a spoiler on the car I liked! Problem solved, happy customer! He called me back and said everything was in order and that the Finance Manager would be calling me. Donna Lineberry called me to finalize the sale! She also was super pleasant and ready to help. Because of my credit, the car was in mine and my husbands name, the kicker, my husband is in Afghanistan right now, SO... Donna packaged all the paperwork up and UPSd it to Afghanistan for him to sign. It took about 5 days to get there and about 7 days to get back. In that time, Damion and Donna would call just to say hello and touch base with me, waiting patiently for this paperwork. I got THE call... It was time to drive to Winston-Salem to get my car! It was a "well worth" 4 hour trip. Met with Damion, he was just as I had pictured him! Did all we needed to do, then I met with Jay (the other Finance Manager) because it was Donnas day off :( Jay was also awesome! Got me in and out quickly! I went back out with Damion to load up in my new ride, and he set my phone up for me and went over a few things I needed to know, without asking! So, yes my experience was great! I will recommend Bob King Kia, Damion Galloway and Donna Lineberry... These two were professionals in a personal way! Thanks again!

Friendly, great customer service. Highly recommended. Had a recall on my 2014 Soul+ & am here for a short time before moving, needed to bring my car in. This was the closest dealer so I made an appt online, asked a question of how long it would take. The next business day got a call & was told it would take most of the day. They said I could wait there or take advantage of their free shuttle. Took my car in, wasnt very clear where to go at first, the check-in was quick. They didnt try to upsell although I probably would have done a oil change if there was a sale and it needed a car wash but forgot to ask if they had that service. The offer a free shuttle to anywhere in Winston-Salem, got a quick shuttle both ways, Randy the driver was very nice and hospitable. Got a call that one of my parking lights was out and they could replace it, with labor for $15. Now I know I can replace it for less than $5 but I wasnt sure which one it was and it was a front light which I havent replaced yet so I had them do it as I was limited to figuring out where I could buy it and how to get to that lamp. (Ive changed the back lights with no problem). They not only did the recall issue but checked some other parts of the car and replaced some tire caps that were still under warranty and updated the computer software. My car even felt like it drove smoother when I left! I bought my car used and didnt get an offer to do this from another dealer that I had gone into before and have often been mistrusting of dealers; this was a great experience. Im only sad that well be moving in a couple weeks and wont be able to call this my regular service provider for my Soul+. If were back in the area, I will definitely bring my car back for routine maintenance just to make sure it gets any updates it needs checked. They also have a waiting area with free wifi.

I first began my search for a new or used vehicle knowing that it was going to be difficult to obtain financing due to my current credit situation. I heard advertisements for the rebates and discounts on new Kia vehicles. I decided to call Bob Kings Kia in an effort to get some information on the deals and the possibility of obtaining financing. I talked with Jason Brewer by phone, explaining the possible limitations to my purchasing a vehicle.. Jason informed me of the online application and asked if I wanted him to begin working with the credit situation. I informed Jason I had $5000.00 in cash to place as a down payment on a vehicle and let him know I was interested in a new Kia Sorento or Sportage. Jason advised me he would begin checking the possibilities even though my credit Beacon score was 542 which presented a big challenge. We arranged an appointment time for that afternoon so that I could look over the vehicle inventory and to advise me what he had been able to accomplish in regards to financing. I know Mr. Barnes ( F&I) and Jason worked hard on getting a lender to commit. When I arrived for our appointment time, Jason and Mr Barnes had received approval from a creditor who specializes in rebuilding credit, and it is an excellent program in my opinion. This lending agency enabled me to drive off the lot that evening with the vehicle of my choice. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, please see these guys first before you buy from one of the "BUY HERE.....PAY HERE lots which many people choose because they believe that they have no chance of OWNING THE AUTOMOBILE THEY REALLY WANT. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND Bob Kings Kia and the professional staff to anyone who needs a new vehicle and a sales staff that are as equally concerned with helping you achieve that goal. We recently became in need of a 4 door vehicle when it was discovered that repairing our current larger vehicle would cost more than it was worth. On Saturday, Aug 1, we were driving around Winston looking for car lots with used vehicles. Our plan was to scope them out on Saturday and go back and look at cars on Sunday when there wouldnt be any "high pressure sales people" watching our every move. We drove past Bob King Kia and my husband said, "well we can go in and look around if you want to." So we pulled in, parked, got out of our car, locked it up and turned to walk onto the lot and sure enough.........here came a sales man. UGH was my first thought. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Was I ever wrong!!!! That sales man was Dennis Baldwin. He introduced himself, shook our hands, and told us to feel free to look around and if we had any questions to come find him. Really? This isnt how it usually works but ok. We started up a conversation right away and immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Dennis is friendly, easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and is a genuinely nice guy. He spent alot of time with us showing us new cars as well as answering questions on used vehicles. Then I saw that Satin Metal 2015 Kia Optima and new it was the car I wanted. Dennis talked over our options and got us set up for a 3 year lease on the car. We got to the dealership around 230 and by 630 we were driving off the lot in our brand new car. I cant say enough about these guys. They welcomed us just like family and certainly made us feel that this is where we belonged when searching for a vehicle.
