If I could have zero stars I would have said a price and they wanted to charge me double almost 50 dll for nails, the rude china I will not go and more and I do not recommend .BAD :( Para nada recomiendo este lugar me dieron un precio y me querían cobrar al final el doble la china muy grosera !!!! Pase un muy mal rato ,son unos abusivos .No lo recomiendo vayan a otro. perdieron una clienta por abusivos y groseros

RIP OFF NAIL SALON. DO NOT GO HERE. The WORST service ever. Went in two days ago to get my nails done for vacation and the guy who did it did an AWFUL job. They didnt look nice or even so much as feel nice. Bumps, bubbles, scratches and not even fully painted nicely. They said I can come back to fix it and when I went back today they wanted the same guy to do it??? If youre redoing my nails because they came out bad the first time then DO NOT give me the same person. I told them I wanted someone different and they said no and would not refund my money either. These are MY NAILS that I AM PAYING FOR and if youre not going to accommodate to my needs then you deserve no business. Rude and disgusting people!!! Do not give them your business!!!

Honestly only giving them 2 stars because the atmosphere is great and the old man in the front is the sweetest, such a kind smile. The man that did my nails, although also nice, is pretty awful at doing gel nails. As soon as I stepped out into the sun, I could already see bubbles on 3 of my nails. By day 3 there was already 2 scratches on one and another began to lift. My gel nails have NEVER lifted before. The lift grew until it broke my acrylic extensions :( also they charged 5 dollars to shape my nails (which was uneven and all my nails looked different) honestly the worst my gel nails have looked in years, hopefully the other nail techs are better.

I didnt even catch the two guys names who provided me and my little cousin service but shes 8 years old and received the kiddy pedi which was find but all in all he tried to put her in my chair to do us both :( which was confusing . I told him , no she can use her own chair and please send someone else to take care her ( I didnt want to be rush because he wanted the tip from both of us ) . The atmosphere is great and peaceful , they are pricey but depends on what youre receiving but there was no problem being my first time visiting I was recommended by a colleague. 6/10 I might return

I told the lady to not cut the sides of my big toe nails down, because this always leads to ingrown nails! She said yes but I dont think she understood me unfortunately. She did it anyways and before I could say anything damage had been done. She needed someone to come over and translate the second time, and Im sympathetic to the challenges of English not being your second language, but this was just not a great experience. Im now left with a very painful toe nail thats terribly ingrown and being 7 months pregnant this was the last thing I needed right now. Will not be coming back.

I am very disappointed with the service provided at this salon. They are very unprofessional. I made an appointment with a specific person and when I get there, I am told that she was off that day. All they care about is taking peoples money. They should have the decency to let the customers decide whether they would like to do their nails with someone else or reschedule for a day their nail technician is working but instead they make you waste your time and gas driving there to be told otherwise. I will never go back to this place.

I had a great first experience with "Kelly". I have been driving all the way down to my nail person in kendall for 3 years because i could not find someone up North. I have tried many places without success until now! Thank you. Second trip she was concerned about nail health and instead of taking advantage to put on expensive nails that would not have been a good idea she gave me options. She could have chosen a more expensive nail job, but instead took care and introduced me to new products and other options!

Very over priced, got charged 30 dollars for a gel fill-in when thats the same price as a full set. When I brought this up to them they showed me on the price menu where it isays plus meaning they can over charge if they want... The lady that did my eyebrows did a horrible job, if you want to get your eyebrows done here get them threaded because her clients looked amazing.... What a waste of my time and mostly my money

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude owner, who rushed through the entire service. Didnt clean up the cuticles and no hand massage. I had to remind him to make sure the edges are done, and the front is painted. Had to have him re-do, and then the polish bubbled. Rude to family who tried to sit down, told them "to not make a mess and rearrange this room". Will NOT be returning for any services.

I just left this place extremely dissapointed. I took my daughther to do her nails, asked Kevin to do acrylics only NO GEL and once my daughther sat with him he asked her if she also wanted gel. My daughther who is 12 said No and yet he used the gel and charged me for it. Very convenient Kevin. If you visit this place please stay away from him!!! The rest of the staff is great and respectful.

This place was amazing from the second i walked in! Very relaxing, professional, clean, and organized! They did a great job! I will definitely be going back to see Mindy! I was shocked to see the owner treating his employees horrible seeing that they were all working so well! I will be back because the workers are beyond amazing and the job Mindy did was fabulous and not expensive at all!

The overall atmosphere is relaxing. Went to Bryan my first few times here and hes really good! Tony is also awesome. Ive never had a nail tech give advice on how to care for my natural nails and talk about acrylics and designs last. Hes informative, and super nice. Plus he killed my coffin nails!

My nails look horrible!!! There are bubbles all over and when I told the lady, she said, yes, thats gel. I have never had this problem with gel before. Called to speak to the manager and he was not helpful at all. I wont be coming back and definitely dont recommend this place at all!

Tina was my nail technician. This is the second time. I requested her because of the great job on the first encounter. I came in for a gel mani/pedi and she also did my eyebrows. She did awesome work. She was Professional and courteous and took her time.

I been going to the same people for over 8 years. The owners Tony and Lisa make you feel at home. Although sometimes I wanna wring Lisa neck overall they are very nice. My favorite techs are Nam and Brian. The place is always clean. Kudos to T&L Nail Spa
