Horrible director. Rude assistant director. Dirty, smelly classrooms. VPK Kids not taking care of properly and are not encouraged when they dont know the work. Teachers are consistently yelling at the kids. My kids attended this preschool since the age of two when it was under different management. And new management seem to never notified me right away when an issues have occurred (i.e. my kid has been scratched to the white meat by another kid in the same class, my kid was sick to the point of throwing up) with no disciplinary action or sanitary actions done. Incident reports given to me, that I refuse to sign, due to the fact that I was not notified until I came to pick up my kids at the end of the day (6pm). My last straw was when the other kid was physically harmful to my daughter and Ms.Abby refuse to acknowledge that their was something going on. I finally transferred my girls to another Kindercare and the turn around results with my girls was immediate. They were no longer crying in the morning to get ready for school. They didnt put up a fight to do homework. We are Always greeted with a smile at drop off and pick up. And one of my girls is autistic, but very low on the spectrum scale and usually does not handle transitioning very well... she does not give me any problems when it come to talking about her new school/teachers, her ability to communicate with details are improving everyday, willingness to do homework has been awesome. I shouldve transfer the kids at the first sign of the Change of management but I wanted to give Ms.Abby the benefit of the doubt. My girls and I are much happier now that weve move to another Kindercare. By the way... Im also paying a little more at the new school but it is diffinetly worth every penny.

Just picked up my son from here with a swollen eyelid and a bruise. They did not call me. When I got there I received a little report saying "HE WOKE UP FROM HIS NAP" like this ... yes you are reading correctly. No explanation of what happened. This place needs to be shut down. The kids dont learn anything and obviously they arent careful at all. My poor baby is only 20 months, too bad I cannot stay home and watch him. You leave your kids with these monsters you will regret. I just relocated here from another state. Garbage !!!!! Pure garbage. I hate writing reviews. Parents please go elsewhere. I am filing a complaint everywhere. They will not get away with this.
