My child attended the facility for 3 days for vpk summer program and came home with two different injuries. The second one we were told he was horse playing with another child fell of a toy on the playground. It caused a large knot with a few scratches in the middle of the forehead. We were not notified by any staff until he was picked up by a family member . The incident supposedly had 40-45 minutes prior to my child being picked up. It was noted by facility that ice was put on it. Anytime a child of my childs age injuries themselves especially on the head i feel a parent should be notified immediately .A staff who is supposedly the owners daughter is unprofessional and rude and in the incident did not handle themselves well in representing this facility. A copy of the incident from the school was only issued when local law enforcement was called on the next day . Never was an apology issued for no one calling to notify a parent and that is unacceptable . They get one star only because they accept vpk summer certificates.

Ive brought my daughters here for over a year and the staff is wonderful. Theyve create an amazing growing environment for my children. I recommend everyone I know with small children to use this facility.
