I am so sad what my baby went through at this daycare. First they told me at sign in that I could go inside and drop my baby off. Well the first day I did get to go in and drop him off in class but just after 5 hours I decided to go pick him up and hes little eyes were so swollen from crying all day non stop it seemed. He had a scratch on his little face and they told me that a bigger kid was curious and scratched him. How is this ok? They seemed to not care at all. The second day they told me I could not go in, I was upset that I was told differenlty. Well the second day I went to pick him up an hour earlier and when I looked at the camera to see where he was, his crib had been moved to the other side of the room. The Director gor in front of the camera so I could not see so I told her to please move so I could see and when she did move they were moving the crib back to where it was. I asked her why did they move the crib and her response was to avoid my baby waking up the other kids. Really??? Just to tell you, they brought my baby to me and his little eyes were so swollen again from crying and he was still crying with his little face red. I told her why was he not being soothed. The caretaker told me that they let them soothe cry (I never approved of this). On top of that, his diaper was dirty and when I told her that the babys diaper was dirty she started arguing with me that his daiper was clean that she just changed him! so I was so upset I opened his diaper there right in front of them and sure enough, my sweet baby had pooped and his poop was dry so who knows how long he was in the dirty diaper. She said (in a bad manner), "Ill change him!" I told her it was ok, to please allow me to change him. Well when I was changing him, I asked her to let me see the chart to see when was the last time he was changed, well there was nothing there! only 1 change of diaper all day long. She said she was sorry and asked another teacher there and that teacher told her she may have forgotten to write it down. That was it! I took my baby out of that daycare the same day. There is just no professionalism or consideration for the babies there. They have kids sleeping with blanket over their head! How can they breathe? The receptionist all she does is talk bad about the Director and the Director is just plain rude allowing all of that. A daycare should be a place where your child is well taken cared of with attention and love. If you dont want to take care of anothers child with the love and attention they deserve then you should find yourself another profession. I am so disappointed and just plain sad this had to happen to my baby. I do not recommend this place at all!

This pre-school has a very advanced teaching method... My kids were reading at age 4. I like the teachers and the staff was friendly. They took acre of my children and the price includes good food at a reasonable price. We are having our third baby and will take him to tiny town when he turns 10 months. thank you Tiny Town ! Their building is NOT BRAND NEW, BUT IT IS VERY CLEAN- you are not supposed to send yous kids sick to school anyways ... HELLO !!!! The open door policy did change due to the fact of all the crazy killings across USA... and I can still go in and be with my child and teachers from like 12 to 3 or something like that... again its very reasonable... this place has been in business for like 20 years. I did my research before even came to this place, you can see they have great record with DCF and assessment scores in the florida dept of Education. Maybe the 1 star reviews are from people that need to go to the other 2 pre-schools around the corner and pay like $1500 deposit and $1000 amonth per child. This is very good for me and my family and again WE THANK YOU TINY TOWN

Mi hija estudio en Tiny Town Development center y aprendio muchas cosas lindas, todos los dias queria ir a ver a su maestra Nelly, se que los va a extranar, me gusto mucho las actividades que tenan para los ninos, Ivanna tiene 2 anos y 7 meses y ya se sabe los numeros, colores, formas, canciones hermosas y es una nina muy feliz. My son has attended Tiny Town for the past two years, and hes had a wonderful experience. He loves his school, teachers, and staff in general, and he has learned a lot. The school may not be the prettiest or biggest, but theyve taken great care of my son in a family type environment. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, and both my son and I have very nice memories of his time there. His teachers for the past two years were excellent....kind, helpful, communicative, and worked well with me all the time. I am grateful for his teachers for being so attentive, teaching him well, and taking such great care of him. I am also grateful for the office staff, who has always been nice & approachable.

The director has a very totalitarian personality. When my son;s face got scratched with a nail by another child, and I addressed it with her, she called my son a liar and yelled at me. When I mentioned that that chld has been bullying my son for a while and nothing has been done, she said it was my sons fault and that other child is going through a stage and I have to be understanding of that. Every day my son say he watched a new movie, from beginning to end. He also claims he does not read books. They are learning ABCs and he reads at 1st grade level. When the kids are learning their ABCs he is watching a movie. I didnt address that with her because I dont like to get yelled at,

My son was coming here for a few months, two year old that is learning to talk, he was coming home with unexplaineable bruces which care givers could not explain how he got them, my kid would just tell me he got hit , i stopped taking him there, hired a personal private nanny and so far everything is good. I Dont recommend this place!

Love this daycare my son always have fun here and just leave me at the sign in room with just a good bye. Only thing I dont like is how they take the kids from the car instead of me going to see what my son is being feed for breakfast. Or that I cant pop up on him to make sure he is doing fine

I called to find out about the director in the facility and I was told that she comes in during the morning and leaves; then she comes back during the afternoon. Also, when I asked about her being available to speak the receptionist asked for me to call back next week. Horrible service.
