This was horrible experience. I walked in described what I wanted and was excited to do the change! Lady looked very confused which should of been my first sign to run. She asked another lady to look at my hair. After four hours I left with green hair. They told me to come back next day for owner to fix or tone the green. When I went back to give them a chance to fix the issue, they threw some cooper color on small patches of the hair. She washed hair practically air dried hair with blower no brush no protectants on hair and no creams. Then they were going to so call tame the frizz with flat iron no heat spray no protectant!! I was mortified! I just asked them to stop and got up and left! I advise you not to go here! This was a horrible feeling! To be treated like this knowing I paid $161.00 to get an ombré to only walk out with frizzy ugly brown color hair. I could of done this my self with a $10 color of Walmart dye!

When I moved back to Ocala a couple of years ago I had such a tough time finding a salon that I wanted to continue going to. Gave Enve a try last summer with Gino and have been coming back ever since! My first visit to Enve, I told Gino, "Im bored with my hair" and hes helped me fall in love with it again! My hair is healthier than its been in years, and this girl has finally stopped using boxed dye! Everyone is always nice and welcoming, and Gino and I always have a blast chit chatting. There was even a day where I had scheduled an appointment for a fresh cut and color before an event I was attending, and unfortunately Gino was under the weather. However, they immediately let me know and accommodated by offering another stylist or rescheduling! Enve went out of their way to get me in, and make sure my hair was beautiful for the event. Five stars!

Finally after 2 years of being in Ocala I am so happy to have found this salon! Before todays visit, I was convinced that no one in Marion County was capable of doing a complete transformation. I am happy to say todays visit proved me wrong. Gary cut and highlighted my hair and with my new look I feel like a million dollars! Paige assisted Gary which made the process go faster. She gives the best shampoo in the world. In short, if you are looking for a place where everyone makes you feel comfortable and you want to look your best then call and make an appointment. Their prices are fair and reasonable. You wont be disappointed.

Gary and Paige lovingly and expertly fixed my damaged hair from a professional dye job gone wrong and I could not be more happy with the result. My husband has gone to Gary since we moved to Ocala and hindsight being 20/20, I should have gone to him in the first place. From being greeted with kindness by Kayla at the front desk to the time and extensive thought put into how to handle the correction, every detail is considered. I am glad to have found a salon that I look forward to returning to with confidence. I mean seriously, my hair looks so good I feel like I could conquer the world.

GARY Mitchell and his staff are proffessional freindly and very knowledgable, up to date with all the current fashion.. this is the only place i trust to cut and color my hair in Marion County..I have been a client of Garys since 2005...I highly recommend them to everyone.. friend ..family and strangers alike!

First visit today with the owner, Gary. Fabulous service and attention to customers - detail. Made me feel like a million dollars! Cut and color were fabulous as well. Worst place beware do not go there!!! They do not know how do hair ruined my hair worse place ever. Over charged me there highly price and inexperience Walmart does better hair then this place. Take the warning save yourself the trouble owners are rude so is staff. I guess cause there located down town they feel the can treat people bad but thats why they over charge probably doesnt have enough business to pay down town rent !!! This place a joke !!!

I absolutely love this place!!! Its literally been the best salon I have ever been to. The staff were pleasant and engaging. My appt was in time and my hair turned out amazing. Gino Carballo did a two tone effect and it came out beautiful AND...I didnt have to break the bank to get awesome results. The owners, Melissa and Gary, BOTH spoke to me when I came in on my first visit and on each one since. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!

I was visiting Ocala National Forest for several months and of course needed a haircut while I was in town. My first visit was with Tiffany, and she did a fantastic job with my new pixie cut! When I returned a couple of months later, Rebecca updated my cut, and she too was professional and made my hair look wonderful. I dont live in the area, and Ive since moved on, but I highly recommend Enve.

Enve is my only Salon......well all of us go there especially my mom and sister.....we have been going almost 8 years.......Gary and his staff are simply the best. Just recently moved to the area & came across Enve salon. I have never been SO HAPPY with my hair!! Since my first time in I have been in a few different times and every stylist that Ive had has been awesome. The whole staff is very trendy & polite. I highly recommend anyone in that salon :) Doesnt even feel like Ocala when I step through the door.

Called in to get price estimates on highlights, and all I received was an attitude from the girl who answered the phone. She then proceeded to hang up on me after asking her multiple questions. Maybe she was new? I ended up going to Escape Salon they were kind and easy to speak with on the phone, also a bit cheaper from what I have heard.

I moved to Ocala a year and half ago, after several disappointing experiences at other salons, I finally found my forever stylist. Gary is absolutely incredible! If youre looking for an experienced master stylist, that will listen to you and has the capabilities to deliver your requests, I highly recommend you book with him.

The receptionist publicly shamed a customer who got a bad dye job. This same receptionist is now harassing me over the internet, and the owner is condoning this behavior. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service, even at a burger joint and this is supposedly a high end salon.
