I had an appointment today at 5:45. I drove there running a little late, got there at a little before 6 because traffic was crazy. When I walked in I spoke with the receptionist letting her know I was there for the appointment. She said it was fine and that she had another hairstylist that could help me shortly. After a few minutes of sitting in the lobby I received a phone call and informed the receptionist I would be right outside the door and to let me know when it was my turn. After being outside for roughly 30 minutes I walk inside and the same girl and a new guy were at the receptionist counter and he said he couldnt get me an appointment today because I was 45 minutes late. I explained that I wasnt 45 minutes late that the other receptionist never let me know it was my turn, even though I literally stood right outside the door. He responded with, "well you shouldnt have taken the phone call." The annoying part is the girl receptionist sat there without a backbone even though I pointed her out and explained the situation. - Basically, I wasted my time and had to deal with a rude receptionist. I would not recommend using this salon to anyone that wants decent customer service.

The lady who did my hair , Breanne , she completely damaged my hair !! I was so furious ! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did the color she wanted . I wanted my hair to be a partial highlight and when I came out I was a full on bleach blonde . She left me under the dryer to long leaving my hair blonde / white . I already had blonde in my hair so those pieces looked white , she was to worried about pleasing her other client instead of making sure that she was doing my hair correctly . She is supposedly a "master stylist " but I have to disagree . For weeks my hair fell out in 4in chunks so I have to get my hair cut even though I just got it cut . I have never been more disappointed because when I went there before nothing like that happened until I tried someone else , but shame on me because I chose the wrong girl . I spent almost $160 dollars for a piece of crap . I will NEVER go there again !!

Today, I received yet another exactly-what-I wanted haircut from Cait! Oh wait, let me back up a second and say, each time, from the moment I walk into the salon, I feel well-cared for and valued. Cait turns this into a seamless experience as she sincerely welcomes me. Seriously, she is almost more convincing than my husband. (smile) We always begin by discussing my last haircut and with Cait inquiring how it worked for me. She listens carefully, like today, when I told her the sides needed to be shorter, even though, last time I was the one who had requested the longer sides. Duh. Realizing she knew what she was doing (and I obviously didnt), I said, "Just do whatever you want and I promise I wont suddenly turn on you." She did. I didnt. The end result: I look fabulous! My husband sincerely welcomed me home and commented on my great haircut. Life is good. (heart)

Recently moved and received a coupon for a free haircut. Made an Appointment for my daughter, showed my coupon upon arrival and the receptionist tells me we take it at checkout. Got my daughters hair cut. She wanted it to come to a point and the stylist cut it straight across. We showed her a picture of what we wanted before she started and she said no problem. I didnt say anything because I assumed my daughter who is 16 had changed her mind and wanted it straight across. She didnt. So time to check out and the stylist says oh, I dont know if they told you the haircut is free but you have to pay for the blow dry. They didnt tell me anything about that. I say oh OK I guess I mean how much can a blow dry be? $25.00 it was $25.00 for them to blow dry her hair, no style or up do just a dry. I will NEVER be back.

Brittany was my stylist today. 7/25/13. You could tell she really enjoyed what she was doing, and cared about what I wanted and what I was telling her. A lot of people dont or seem distracted with the whole experience. She was not. I had not been in a salon in far too long and had been doing all of this at home. She was very patient and helpful with me. Thank you very much for taking the time with me. It is very difficult to carve out some time in the week, and the fact that she really was attentive in the process, and of course, the fact that I LOVE the color and cut, really helps also. Best Salon experience Ive ever had. My stylist Roberto guided me through each step of the process and I had just met him. I requested going to short hair from long hair and with very little to go on, Roberto took his time and care to explain what he wanted to do what was best for my facial features, etc. I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful and smiling from ear to ear. My daughter made an appt. with Roberto the next morning. The folks at the salon were courteous and professional. Bleu has a client for life!

My hair color was awesome! I am new to the area and had a free hair cut coupon that was mailed to me. I gave them that when I first arrived and they somehow lost it or didnt remember? I felt the prices were Extremely High, as though the free haircut was not really free.

Madison is a miracle worker! A different salon had ruined my hair and she has brought it back to life, and given me the best haircuts I think Ive ever had! Definitely recommend.
