I was looking forward to trying a new place and having a great experience. I requested a pedicure with shellac and was scheduled with Liz. When she had trouble getting the UV light to work, she suggested that instead of shellac she use her gel polish, which did not require the light to be used, and assured me that it would have the same results. In order to use the gel polish we had to move from the pedicure room in the back of the salon to her station near the front. I walked barefoot to her station as I had worn closed toed shoes and I was not offered any spa sandals. After we arrived at her station, she told me that she was going to polish my toes first and then she would do the massage. I never received the massage and on top of that she made me bleed on 2 separate occasions. At her station I had to put my feet in her lap in order for her to apply the polish. By the time I got home, the polish was completely messed up, as if I had put wet polish into my shoes, nothing like shellac at all. When I called to schedule a time to have them re-painted, Liz was not flexible at all with her availability. After 3 weeks of trying to schedule with her I requested a refund so that I could afford to have the service done correctly somewhere else. I was informed that after 3 weeks a refund is not available, even though the only reason it had been 3 weeks was because she would not accommodate my schedule. I traveled from Plant City to Valrico, spent over 2 hours at the salon, and payed 80.00 to end up giving myself a pedicure. I will not be back!!

I took my 3.5yr old son here today. He recently started fussing and crying when I would cut his hair, so I was hoping that taking him to a salon tailored for kids would help ease his anxiety. It did, and he sat very still, and according to the stylist, was the best behaved child she had worked with. Unfortunately, the stylist lacked the skills to use a hair trimmer. She butchered my sons head. It was shorter than I requested, and had uneven blotchy patches of hair along the sides. He looks as if HE got a hold of the scissors and trimmed his own hair. Absolutely the WORST haircut ever. They did not charge me for the cut, and the staff and salon was nice and courteous. But whats the point if you are going to hate the cut?

Reflections is definitely the best salon Ive ever been to Koryn and her staff are great! The service is always prompt and professional. Koryn is an amazing stylist. She always takes her time regardless of how busy or late it is. She knows what colors will work best for me and she goes above and beyond styling my hair so I leave looking fabulous! She recently did my daughters first haircut and pampered her with a shampoo, trim, and took the time to style her hair with a cute braid after. They also presented with a lock of hair keepsake certificate. I highly recommend this salon!

Awesome place! I was so worried about getting my sons first hair cut, I had no idea where to take him since we arent from this area. Im glad I chose Reflections Hair Gallery. They were so sweet to him. They have a carousel for the kids to sit on and since this was my sons first hair cut they gave me a certificate, I thought that was awesome. Highly recommended!

I walked into this place on a weekday very early in the afternoon for a simple pedicure. Their door clearly reads "WALK-INS WELCOME". I was told they would be happy to make an appointment for me to come back. All you need is a cheap razor blade to scrape the aforementioned message off your door.

Laura is the ultimate hair stylist... she gives great head and neck messages while washing hair and cuts hair with scissors not shears, giving hair a better look after cutting. She is delightful and I highly recommend her.

Never answer the phone. So I couldnt make an appointment. They post "walk-ins welcome" on website and on door then say they dont have any times available until much later. There was only one person working.
