I found myself in a real jam Friday morning before a wedding weekend of all things! Despite my own procrastination, after attempting to find a same day cleaner (one of which would not make any exceptions after 10am, it was 10:35am at this point..) I found myself in a panic. I called Best Cleaners and was routed to one of their local warehouse cleaning centers. Julio walked me through the normal options real quick, and after hearing my situation he offered to make an exception for me without hesitation. I was able to drop off my suit items I needed for the wedding directly to him and he saw to it that my garments were fully cleaned and pressed by 3pm that same afternoon!!! I couldnt believe how helpful and more importantly how willing to help Julio and the crew were! All I can say is, they saved my ass! He could have dismissed me and reasonably not made any exceptions... but rather Julio went above and beyond for just 3 suit pieces from one random customer in a jam. The Other company would not even let me bring the items to their warehouse which I had offered, it was already "too late" etc etc... Well I know which company truly seems to care about customers, and thats The Best Cleaners in Orlando.

Recently I dropped of a mans dress shirt and a silk dress to be cleaned. The shirt came back with both cuffs ripped open from the buttonhole to the seam and carelessly sewn back together, as well as a red stain. No one said anything to me about the gross damage to the shirt, it was hidden in between other shirts. Gary, the owner, is very, very hard to get in touch with and rarely returns calls. He insisted on picking out the replacement shirt himself, which is the most presumptuous response possible. He replaced the green shirt with a white one, which I then had to exchange myself. The dress had part of the zipper melted onto the fabric and I had to take it to a seamstress to get repaired. He never, ever returned my calls about the dress or gave me my money back for its cleaning. Gary is an absentee owner and his employees are careless and dishonest. Go elsewhere.

I have been using BEST CLEANERS services 10+ years for both my dry cleaning & alteration services! On occassion, I have tried other dry cleaners because I figured a dry cleaner was a dry cleaner.....BIG MISTAKE! My clothes were never cleaned nor pressed quite the same! I have learned my lesson.....I will always drive the extra half hour because I know BEST CLEANERS means just that....BEST! Thank you for your great services! Johnna Hark

I was performing in a Christmas show in Orlando, and I got a water stain on my satin dress the day of the show . I gave them a call, but thought there was a good chance, they couldnt get it cleaned within the same day. To my surprise, they got it cleaned within a couple hours and in addition, drove it out to me. I could not believe the service. Very nice people, and really helped me out of a bind!

There is no doubt that this the the "Best" cleaners I have ever been too. They took such great care of my daughters wedding dress and it come back in like new condition. The staff was courteous, the response time was perfect. Highly recommend for all of your dry cleaning needs, even those that mean the most to you.
