Best Cleaners gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had. I had an issue with a dress that needed to be cleaned VERY last minute, Not only did they tell me to bring the dress in when I was already turned down by another cleaning company, but they had my dress looking like I just bought it within hours AND dropped it off at my apt! Since I needed the dress for an event and they were not able to tell me exactly how it would come out, they instead gave me updates every 2 hours! They were extremely professional, and truly catered to my issue. Customer service is extremely important to me and I can say that Best Cleaners definitely has a customer for life.

Here is my experience with Best Dry Cleaners Orlando. I arrived and the lady receiving the clothe was friendly and informative, not much going on there. 2 days later i received my clothe and every single item of the 17 i sent for dry cleaning came back wrinkly, and not just a few wrinkles, it was every where. I called, the store and they did offer to re-do it but i was to upset to go back and have them do it again and waste more of my time . I ended up going somewhere else where they did a fantastic job the first time. will definitely NOT be going back to this place. recommendation is that there are better places that do it cheaper.

DO NOT USE. they have a tendency to always "lose" valuable items left inadvertently left in pockets. Spoke with several people who have complained of the same thing. Theyll "lose" tie clips but conveniently always manage to hold on to your receipts!

So at first, the 20lb / $20 minimum for a bag of laundry was a bit daunting but just over 24hrs later it was ready to be picked up. Theyd separated whites from darks, delicates from blended fabrics and folded everything. Money well spent.
