A machine (#40) shredded my daughters dress and the person at the front with out letting me explain there is a screw sticking out catching materials only said its not their fault and the machine was overloaded. Very dissatisfied with the service and the personnel. While she played a game on her phone the entire time she was reluctant to help customers. 4-16-2015

I wont be going back here again. The place was pretty dingy, there was a person asleep in the back behind the dryers, the attendant was nowhere to be found (unless they were the person who was asleep), and just like another reviewer, some of my clothes got shredded in the wash. At least the rest of my laundry made it through ok...

Looked a bit old inside and run down, but machines functioned OK for me and werent that expensive. The person working there brought donuts in and offered them to customers.
