As a first time customer I walked in to a lady arguing with a customer very confrontational. I ignored it seeing as I didnt know the situation. I walked in and the same lady helped me and just assumed I was there to drop off my laundry instead of asking how to use the services there. Regardless I was happy to have them do my laundry as I was in a hurry that day and had other things to do. When I returned the front door was being serviced and the sign wasnt too clear on where the back entrance was. I found the entrance and entered there was no one at the desk but seeing as I pre-paid for the service when I saw my hamper with my name on it in a cubby I reached for it. The same lady who helped me came round the corner and said. "Did you not see me?!" I hadnt and told her and she replied. "Well you just dont do that." She then handed me my hamper and I informed her there would be no repeat business. She was rude and condescending. Customer service is not in her vocabulary. As well when I got home I found my laundry still very damp. Will NOT use them again.

We tried the drop off service. It was late Saturday andwe were told they would be done the same day. We went back about 8 to wash a blanket and they were still not done but told we will call you. Well I noticed my clothes in the dryer next to me and just sitting there getting wrinkled. Went back at 930 pm andshe then tells me tomorrow. I asked why are my clothes still sitting in the same dryer and if when I get my clothes are they going tp be wrinkled? She said no she will take care of them, they will call. She then said they open at 730, be there at 8. Well went back at 9 and they were not done . She will call. So we wasted the morning and went back at 11. They were done,wrinkled and she never called. They place is clean but thenonly tv is in the back and no where to sit. The ice cream vending machine does not work. I would not recommend the drop off service at all. Not to mention it costs us 25 dollars and a waste of 2 days.

"Home of the lucky wash" should be lucky if you leave with any money left. Some machines were almost $6 dollars each and if you are not a frequent user it can cost you more than that. I ended up spending almost $40 dollars when I went there then as I tried to use the largest dryer, the door keep coming open and recharging me to dry my clothes! THEN the woman we repeatedly tried asking for help was too busy talking to her friends so when we got her attention to ask a question her friends would rudely answer for her. The air conditioning was terrible, the door was open the entire time, and it was so hot!! There was no ATM also so multiple trip by foot and by car had to be taken to find an ATM. This was my first time using a laundromat and as a college student I would rather spending a week washing in my extra small washer than spend $40 and possibly even more than go back here!!

This establishment is clean and the Staff is very nice. I usually do my own laundry, however, I was in a hurry today and dropped it off for them to do it for me which is another option they have available. Wow, I was so impressed. My clothes were folded better than how I do it and placed so neatly in my laundry basket. They call you when it is done. I picked up my basket and the Lady automatically helped me take it to my car whch I would have never asked for her to do that. I will continue to go there and have them do my laundry. It is worth the price they charge which by the way is not expensive at all !!! 08/06/2017

I lost money in the machine and the attendant refused to give me my money. Then, she argued with me about the money I lost as if it was my fault. She was extremely rude and I will never return here. I asked for the mangers number several times before she gave it to me. I waited pass 7:30 for this place to open up and had to deal with such poor attitude early in the morning. Again, I will not return to this laundry mat because of how I was treated and I will warn my uber and lyft customers about this place. If there is a difference in soil wash or temperature, a sign should be posted for clarification.

Horrible experience... I will never come back here again. The customer service sucks and they basically rob u.. the price of the machine goes up depending on the selection of what type of laundry u select if u select heavy duty the price goes up 1.50 and there are no signs. I got I. Before 9pm which is last wash and the lady was rushing me at 915 but yet the place dont close till 11pm I paid 20 dollars just for 5 machines to that where not even the big machines and it was just to wash clothes. I walked out with wet clothes. Never again and half the staff does not even speak english.

I went in ..in a hurry and didnt realize the machine I swiped my card in was out of order ...as Im telling the lady who worked there what happened her quick response was its n I think my problem how didnt you see that it was out of order I was furious because instead of explaining it to me in a nice way that there was really nothing she could do she lashed out at me with out reason too honestly like going there because its clean but its sad that people like her can ruin your experience at a place if you dont like what your doing then dont work there dont take it out on the customers

Awesome place to do laundry, sooo clean!!! I had lots of laundry built up - I was able to use the large machines, 6 full loads for just $6.50! dried in the biggest dryers (HUGE!) cost me way less than it would have to do at my apartment AND only took about 25 minutes to wash and 30 to dry! I will be back for sure. I got a lucky wash too - on a three load machine, saved me $3.25!! LOVE that! The attendant was rally helpful and friendly, answered all my questions. Loved the automatic doors too - made getting in and out so easy with tons of laundry!

Wonderful laundromat. They have multiple washer sizes, ranging from like 2.00 to 6.50 for the large six load washer. The dryers are also huge, which is extremely beneficial because the extra space allows air to circulate, thus shortening the drying time. The area is clean, and seems like a safe place to do your laundry. The free wifi is great, it helps to have something else to do while waiting for your laundry to finish. Overall I would definitely recommend to my friends!

It is always clean in here. They have free wi-fi, which is the best wi-fi speeds Ive ever used in public places. They also have several tvs and video games. Enough seating area that allowed me to do work while washing. Its rare that I see any machines out of order. They stay stocked with supplies. The bathrooms remain clean. The staff is helpful. They have specials on certain days. Ive paid less for washing my clothes here than anywhere else, while having peace.
