STAY AWAY. Worst Establishment Ever!!!! Worst experience ever, I arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to closing(7:30pm) to clean one load of my two childrens clothing. I do not live here and had extended my vacation 2 extra days so there were not enough clean clothes for my children. Once I arrived I was met by an older man who walked right up to my wife and kids and stated that they will be closing soon. I then politely pointed out to him that we came inside because his sign on the front door clearly posted and visible stated that the last load placed can be put in no later than 8pm and the business will be locked up and shut down by 9:30pm. As he looked at my family of four up and down with my 8 year old and 4 year old by our side he then responded by stating that he also wants to leave early today and reserved the right to refuse service to anyone. Instead of lowering our standards to his we politely said goodbye and left. Horrible customer service and lack of respect for people. I dont like to promote the fact that some people have biases against other ethnicities but my American Latino family were there a half hour before closing and before his sign said the last load can be placed into the machine as well as there were plenty of other people with loads washing and drying when I arrived but still no hospitality. This business is a sorry, disgusting, and poorly managed excuse for a business, the owner/operator needs to go back to the hole where he crawled out of.

At first I thought it was a professional place to do laundry due to a friend(knuckle head), then we dropped our clothes off to get done... Guess what happens next, they wash and dry everything, I mean dry everything. Whatever you bring to them, they treat that fabric the same as any other fabric, meaning that wool is different than cotton and cant be treated the same. Dont drop off clothes there if you like your clothes, you will be pissed when you get them back. Also, when you go to confront the issue, they dont give a rats ass about you or your clothes. Customers are always the best people to help make these problems better due to the fact they are paying for everything and can help make a better place!! We hope this business gets better so people dont loose nice clothes and money...... All this to come home and find the socks are not even paired together, just thrown all together...Bummed

Here with my 4 year old, who is behaving extremely well and sitting at the table with me or by my side the entire time and while I was putting clothes into the drier I asked my son to go grab my cup off the table and bring it over to me (mind you its about 15ft away) and I continue to load clothes as he does exactly what I told him to do. Literally less than a min later some guy (I presume owner who was sitting on his butt staring at a security camera) came out and told me to "please keep a better eye on my little guy because he was running around and must be hyped up on sugar"! EXCUSE ME? My son is being very well behaved and has not even had any sugar this morning. I would suggest if you have young kids dont come to this place. Theyre rude and NOT kid friendly.

Were from GA, vacationing while my hubby works during the day. Staying longer than expected. Needed a family of 5 s clothing washed and folded. Baby girls clothes, teenaged boys clothes, my clothes, bathing suits, towels, baby blankets and undergarments. The curly head blonde lady behind the desk was so friendly!!! I hate I forgot her name. She was awesome! We chose the detergent. My husbands work shirts and pants were hung and covered. Clothes were folded nice and neatly and not one sock was missing! Price was very reasonable for the service provided!! Very happy, will use again!!

WARNING!! I try to write good reviews for places because I feel like people tend to only write reviews when something bad happens. However, we dropped our laundry off while on vacation and several pieces of clothing were missing when we got our laundry back. Not cool at all. And the people definitely were not the friendliest. Would not recommend this place at all unless its a bunch of laundry you dont care if you get back or not. This was not the way we wanted to end our vacation.

My experience at this laundry room is excellent. Its a very clean place, always organized, and there is nice people. The owner is a guy who take care of his business at all the times, he keeps offering his help to the customers. He has to watch over his business, and he takes care of the machines and the entire place. They also have have a lady, her name is Brenda, and she is very nice, very helpful. We loved this place!!!!

Facility is clean and has A/C. Lots of room to get around others; plenty of tables and chairs to sit at while waiting. Plenty of washer/dryers and folding tables. Down side is it is more expensive to wash and dry clothes compared to other facilities 8n the area. Dryers on hot setting dont get very hot; Im spending twice as much to do my laundry here.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Owner will get confrontational with a customer should an issue arise. I usually only post positive reviews online but this was one of the worst business owners Ive ever seen. Be warned. There are other laundromats nearby.

Owner is extremely RUDE. Watched my very well behaved children like a hawk and would not allow them to play the game. Some entrepreneur should open up another facility in this area because it would be EASY to put this place out of business! Will NEVER return!

Much better than the one across town. Has an on-site attandant and security cameras. Felt pretty safe here. The machines arent too expensive for the area and were fast. Didnt leave our laundry dirty at all. Can get crowded pretty fast though.

This place blows, terrible service. Never got my laundry washed because there was a homeless man trying to travel through time in one of the machines. They had to evacuate the building and I broke my ankle on the way out.
