How about you stop posting here that you "hope to make their next experience better" and actually issue a refund to the people who complained here? Either you care about your customers or you dont. People are not looking for LIP SERVICE; theyre looking for YOU as an owner to ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. Otherwise, theres nothing genuine about you responding here. DONT RESPOND AT ALL IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

Seems like a lot of dryers dont work and arent marked as such. You add in your money, the machine does its thing for a bit, and then it stops. I couldnt find anyone in charge to talk to, so I simply lost the money. Since its the only 24/7 laundromat in the area, I moved on to another machine and, luckily, had no issues. Other than that, its an ok spot, conveniently next to 7/11. Go here only if there are no other options.

HORRIBLE....this place is totally disgusting! Half the machine dont work and they leak water all over the floor. I would NEVER come here again, I put my money in a machine not labeled "NOT WORKING". Kwik Kleen is a big JOKE AND LIAR. Please dont ever waste your time coming here. I wish there zero stars thats what I would rate it at "ZERO".

We normally come here in order to wash our clothes and sometimes late at night and we appreciate the convince however tonight we our clothes in the larger machines but no water came out and we lost about $10 of our money. Unfortunately no one was here so hopefully the situation can be resolved because we like coming here.

This place made feel like I was doing my laundry in south central. The machines are way overpriced and the washing machine couldnt even rinse the detergent off of my clothes. I would much rather drive much further to find somewhere worthwhile.

Washer and dryers are at good prices. Best to come at night; real convenient for insomiacs and nihht workers! Some machines were out of order, but thats expected. 7/11 is next door so if yiu need food, there is that as well.

Nice place. Next to 7/11. Some machines seem better than others. Three machines used this trip. 1 of them didnt even sud my clothes. Machine 8 and 9 are questionable. 10 did well, though.

Safe, clean & good quantity machines. I live in the OBT & I4 area and I go all the way too this location BEEN GOING HERE FOR OVER 7 YEARS.

Nice clean laundromat in convenient locations to stores and restaurants. They are a little bit expensive with the washing machines.

This a place I can feel comfortable when doing my wash. They take great care in what they do. Many improvements have been made.

Out of 24 dryers only 5 work sometimes....... needs someone that can speak some English if "working" here....

open 24 hr clean and safe as a person that do alot of laundry i recommend this place
