I had a very terrible experience with first class cleaners. With the staff Lori and the customer service representatives the cashiers in the front office. Martha was extremely rude to me on the phone. When I called to speak with a manager. Martha had informed me that she was the manager but she was not willing to hear any complaints that morning because she was busy and shes just the store manager not a manager that will accept complaints from customers. I asked her if I could speak to a manager she then said that there was no manager that was would be willing to speak with me and the other manager was in a meeting and she would not let him know that I was trying to get in contact with someone. Then she rudely hung up on me. Lori was very mean very short very unprofessional as usual. Not willing to take a responsibility for her actions and her being unprofessional. It was a very very frustrating aggravating experience. Lori would not hear anything I had to say. She then said rude things to me before hanging up the phone and not answering again. The cashier was just as rude. I will never do business with first class cleaners ever again nor would I ever recommend them as a cleaners a job or anything to anyone again they are so unprofessional. They are not accountable and I will not ever recommend anyone to ever do businesses again here. On the other hand there was nice young lady I spoke with who was always professional when we spoke. I believe her name was Nina. Always professional and kind. Thank you Nina.

They damaged a pair of my wool pants by using bleach. I do not think they dry clean the clothing. If they are using bleach, then they are probably using a washing machine. The district manager Maritza has been giving me the run-a-round for two months and it does not look like my issue will be resolved. Avoid this business! There are many good dry cleaning companies in Orlando. This is not one of them.

Excellent business, they actually care about there customers, like TJ, he makes sure everything gets done in a orderly fashion, that everyone in the plant is OK, and that all customers are happy. Im proud to be a customer!
