Horrible! More Like Worst Cleaners! Beware when you drop off your valued clothing they dont tell you that they will be attaching a bar code that you cannot take off your clothes. I requested my 2nd time for them not to attach the bar code to one of my favorite dresses and they put up a fight saying thats to ensure it wont get lost when they ship it out to the cleaner, which is ridiculous bc I have gone to many other cleaners in my life who use the pin a tag to the belt loop or tag method and have never had an issue. Then when I finally got my dress back they had done such a horrible job on the pleating I sent it back. The 2nd time it came back it was still horrible and at that point ruined. The pleating style has never looked the same. On top of it all their prices are way over priced. I now go down colonial an extra 5 minute drive and pay less for much higher quality and NO barcodes stuck to anymore of my clothes!!!

I am new to the area and have not established a dry cleaning company yet. I know that it will not be Best Cleaners! I dropped off a comforter and pointed out the spot that needed special attention. When I picked up the comforter a week later (very long wait times and very expensive), the spot was untouched and there was no note stating "unable to remove stain" or other such indication. I am not sure that the article was even cleaned! I immediately gave the comforter back to the clerk, who told me that the manager would call me to discuss my issue (that was 4 days ago). I still have had no phone call. Obviously, I will not use this company again.

Consistently Superior Dry Cleaning Service!! I have been going to the Baldwin Park location of Best Dry Cleaners for several years and have been pleased with the quality and care they take in cleaning my husbands dress shirts & slacks. The staff is very helpful and always friendly--they know exactly how I prefer my husbands clothes dry cleaned which makes coming to Best Cleaners a very easy decision !!!

They are called the Best Dry Cleaners for a reason; they ARE the Best Dry Cleaners in the area. I had tried many before finding them and since I started going to them I have always had great service and professionalism. Have not tried any others since I started going to them almost ten years ago. I have no reason to go any other place.

Reasonable prices, great customer service, environmentally conscious. Ive been a Best Cleaners customer for over a year and Ive always been impressed by their business model. I would also recommend signing up for their referral program and email list. Lots of coupons and discounts!

Best cleaners is by far the best cleaners in Orlando. You are always greeted by friendly team members Who are always smiling. Lerna always knows you by name and make sure you are in and out. She is always so warm and welcoming.

Incredibly disappointed. They misplaced a suit jacket and were more adept at making excuses than they were in addressing the problem. Luckily there are far more superior options nearby.

Dont come here if you need a stain spot treated or have pet stains on something. I was told by the lady at the front desk that they dont spot treat and they wash in bulk.
