This place is always unkept since it is not overseen by anyone. When the machines doesnt work there isnt anyone to re-reimbursed your money. I lost 9 dollars in the dryers. When one dryer was running, the one beneath or next to it would stop. My son stood there constantly pushing buttons. He pulled up a basket and sat in it to be close so he can keep pushing. Of course my clothes wasnt dry so we changed dryers when the time was out and placed them two dryers apart. I was very unhappy. I overspent on drying and was there twice as long. I was in the area but next time I am willing to drive elsewhere to elimate the frustration. They have a number to call for complaints but they could not give me back my time and stress. Machines break down but you should have someone there to handle to problems. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT. NOT SAVING MONEY ON HIRING AN ATTENDANT IS GREEDY.

The woman who is working here has horrible customer service. She is extremely rude and very belittling. This is the second time I have seen her treat people like they are incompetent because they are not paying attention to her faulty equipment. I loved that this place was open 24 hours because I work 12 to 15 hour days sometimes. However, I will be finding somewhere else to do my $100 a week laundry. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and will not watch her great people like this anymore!

1:00am doing laundry. Homeless people sleeping on folding tables and underneath tables. Homeless person also sleeping outside on picnic table. Not recommended if you dont have someone with you. Bathroom is disgusting. 1 large washer has been broke the last time I was here. Still broken.

Many large machines and very friendly accommodating owners.. The place is kept clean and airy. Great location too. I was a bit late to get my wash and the owner transferred my items to the dryer for me. They will also do the laundry for you and charge by the lb.

I use this laundry mat regular and come from westside to use it. Bathroom is cleaner than rib shack next door. Yes sometimes Machines are broken but that is with any place. I have only had a problem with a machine once and was reimbursed with no problem.

If I could give it less than one star I would machines are junk ripped me off for over $10 turning two loads into an almost $30 three and half hour exercise in self control because I wanted to go hulk on the entire place

Nice, wish they had newer machines, and always wondered if they wash the washer with bleach or something to clean them out, before the next wash. But overall good place.
