MAKE SURE TO READ THEIR LIABILITY POLICY BEFORE PATRONIZING THIS BUSINESS! Their liability policy explicitly says that they are not responsible for any damage they cause to your items. This was told to me by their General Manager and he also pointed out that its detailed on the back of their receipts. My Experience: Upon picking up a blouse I had dry cleaned by this business, there was a very distinct stain that wasnt there when I had dropped it off. 1) I brought the shirt back in, where the woman working the front counter told me that they would try to get the stain out and that they may have applied a little too much heat to garment. 2) I pick up the blouse for a second time. A different woman, who was very difficult to understand, tells me that I caused the stain. I explained to her that when I dropped the blouse off initially, the garment was in perfect shape. After a little back and forth, the woman finally offered to try to remove the stain a second time. 3) I pick up the blouse for the third time. This time the stain was a little less visible, but now the delicate fabric was stretched out and unwearable. I explained the situation to the nice young man behind the counter and he told me he would have the owner give me a call. 4) The owner calls me. He is extremely difficult to understand and talks over me the entire conversation to the point, where I have to raise my voice to get a word in. The conversation is left with him recommending I come back in so he can explain their dry cleaning process to me. 5) The General Manager calls. (Why this person didnt call in the first place, I dont know). After much back forth, he offers to reimburse 60% of the blouses net worth. As far as I know, this experience was WAY too much hassle. I will not be going back.

Was charged $17 to have my suit ruined. I do not use the dry cleaners often, but needed my suit cleaned for an upcoming job interview. I used the Willa Cleaners as they are close. When I picked up my suit I found what appears to be pick marks on the back near the upper left shoulder area. I know the use a lot of staples in that establishment so I can only assume my suit was caught on a staple. When I returned to the cleaners to ask for an explanation the response from the manager was "oh that was there before." I responded that I was sure it was not there as I would not have a ruined suit cleaned. The manager stated he cleans all articles himself and ran across the pick marks and "assumed I knew it was there." I then asked why I was not notified immediately or when I picked up my clothing. The manager responded stating it was an oversight. They took no responsibility, did not offer any refund or recompense and even went so far as to blame me by stating "we are honest with our customers and we expect our customers to be honest." I will never use these cleaners again and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This dry cleaning business ruined my husbands uniform pants. After picking them up while on leave and the day before an event, he realized they had shrunk resulting in them fitting like high water leggings with a twisting stripe down the side (generally not how Marines want their uniform to fit). When we went back to talk with them, they took no responsibility. No offer of reimbursement for the pants which had to be replaced and tailored again. Not even an apology or refund for the shoddy dry cleaning service. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them to even my worst enemy.

A great family fun operation and the quality is superb. Attention to details is amazing. Not the cheapest cleaners in town but you certainly get what you pay for from my experience of cleaners. Love the fact that they use an environmental friendly solution as well. Def will use again and again!!

I called at least 6 other dry cleaners so I could get my suit cleaned by the next day. Willa cleaners were the only ones I found that didnt outsource their cleaning. I love the fact that they do the cleaning there, and do an amazing job!

The owner likes to work to satisfy customers demands but his mom is very disrespectful towards customers. There are so many other cleaners out there that dealing with such a disrespectful person is not worth the visit and my business.

This is by far the best dry cleaner in our area. Fast, professional service. I arrived after 7 PM a few minutes- they had just closed.. They opened the doors so I could pick up my cleaning. I will always choose Willa Cleaners!

Dropped off pants for repair. Took them home and they werent fixed. Brought them back and they werent ready and couldnt find them. 3 trips, no pants
