The place sucks, staff is condescending and likes to blame you for their machines not working your clothes getting bleached and never accepts responsibility. Also you have people stealing your clothes from your dryer and washer I cant even go down the street to get a sub without my clothes getting stollen. Management never returns your complaints. I also had a staff member remove my clothes from the dryer that werent even done drying with 20 minutes left!! Just so she could put in a regulars clothes into that dryer that they wanted when there was plenty of other opened dryers. I physically saw the lady working do it right in front of my eyes then lie about it to my face when I confronted her. Ive had a bad experience every single time Ive gone here I know how to do laundry I am domesticated but you shouldnt have people pouring bleach in the wrong part or dishwasher detergent in your machines. Then turn and say I did it? I never use bleach. Or maybe put signs in Spanish and English. Also whats the point of having cameras if you dont even look at them. As the signs in the place say "own risk" and they use that. Stay away from this place or watch everything. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place lost my business and deserves 1 star.

Employee claimed there were no quarters in the drawer in exchange for smaller change then after walking all the way to publix to get cash from my debit card was told they didnt give one dollar bills making me have to get 5 bucks in quarters when only two was needed. Prices on both washers and dryers are also high. Never coming back to this hole and I damn sure dont recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude. Paid almost 20$ to wash and dry 1 load of clothes. Came back from publix and the attendant had stopped our dryer and looked like she had looked through our clothes (some on the floor, some hanging out of the dryer. Everything was still wet and she didnt return the over 5$ we had put into the dryer. Never going back, I dont trust the staff.

rude lady at desk Vicki!!! wanted to drop of sons laundry he is in hospital and she couldnt tell me how long it would be and maybe not finished today! ! Wtf?? took my money back and left .. 18.20 for a load and attitudes! !
