I brought a rather expensive wool winter coat into the shop for a cleaning, not expecting much considering its wear and tear over the years. I used to live up north, winter coats go through the ringer in that kind of weather! However, finding a replacement seemed impossible because clothes arent made the same, in regards to durability; Florida stores are not equipped with winter necessities because of the mild winters. The owner was both reassuring and overwhelming available and polite in regards to my concerns. He greeted me at the door with a smile and assured me he would do all he could to accommodate my requests. He was realistic in his services, explaining it may not look brand new but it will look much better, to say the least. I came in today to pick up my coat, and WOW, it looks brand new! I was so impressed! Again, he greeted me at the door expressing "ah, its a great day!" He gave me my coat and I will be bringing ALL of my dry cleaning here from now on. Words cannot express my satisfaction, Im usually very hard to please as I expect the best! I highly recommend this shop...

Divinely Guided

my husband has a very expensive pair of White Armani pants which he takes on business frequently when he has to go abroad and this is the ONLY place he takes them....why? Excellent service, phenomenal quality of cleaning and pride in work and the COST $5 OMG. The owner is a real gem, it really is the only place we trust in the area to do a top-notch cleaning job on clothes. This Dry Cleaner is amazing, If you have those special items that require that extra touch this is the place to come - drop them off for worry free top notch cleaning. Owner is wonderful takes pride in his work, and the finished cleaned product shows - so glad there is this cleaners around - havent found this quality of cleaning since I left New York. Phenomenal job and prices that are excellent too.

This is by far the worst cleaners in FLORIDA! I travel abroad but I reside in Cocoa Beach. The owner is a complete moron and knows nothing about customer service or running a business! He blames his employees for any and all short comings! I watched him treat a customer, whos evening dressed he had just ruined, treat like dirt! My shirts were not ready on time, again, and he blamed his employee. In Cocoa Beach, local business owners and residence beg for people that live here to "keep it local." Piss on that! If that is how local businesses are in Cocoa Beach, I will stay corporate.

By far the WORST dry cleaner in Cocoa Beach!!! Locals, tourists, anyone that need something dry cleaned or laundered STAY AWAY from this place!!! The owner is an IGNORANT moron and obviously never versed in customer satisfaction..overpriced BY FAR for the quality received...Who puts a good suit jacket on a cheezy, flimsy wire hanger??? yes folks, MAGIC CLEANERS DOES!!! this place would get a MINUS 5 from me if it were available...but HATED IT works too!!
