I have only used VB dry cleaners twice. Today was the last time I will be using them. The first time was last week. I called ahead and asked if I could get my shirt and pants starched and pressed for the same day. They said yes no problem. The only issue that time was that they would have to use canned starch spray because it usually takes a full day to wash them with the infused starch. I said okay spray starch is fine for me. I dropped them off at noon and was able to pick them up by 3. Today however when I got there at 11 they said that my clothes would not be done until after 4 pm. I mentioned that i needed them before then maybe around 3 like last time...and I got the run around. I understand i am not the only customer and the world does not revolve around me. I was totally taken by surprise on how rude the staff was and made me feel like an outcast bc I wanted the same day starch and press. They mentioned that I needed to drop them off by 9 am and pick them up after 4. I casually mentioned I have a job and after 4 pm would not work. They said okay. Now I show up at 3 and was told that they wouldnt be ready until after 4. This time I got a little upset saying I needed them before 4. She said well your pants are done but ypur shirts are not. Then she said we are really busy and if they told you earlier after 4 then thats when they will be ready. Again I am a paying customer and I am paying you to have them ready for me before then. I was now aware of their policy and next time I can be earlier than 11 am. She said it would be 15 mins. I said okay and went to my car to wait. 5 mins goes by and they call me in there. I was overcharged for their services. The lady said next time you need to be aware that we are busy. I stated I would never come back in there because they were rude. She said well the girls here said you were rude. And I again looked at her and said I must be so rude to want my clothes the same day that I need them? No apology was given and the lady said WOW like I was losing out on their services. Dont waste your time here you will be treated like crap and over charged. They may have a few good ratings but this is not one of them. Managment here should teach their staff common courtesy and manners and also have the policy explained over the phone to save grief and wasted time. I really hope they can get it together.

They destroy your clothes and still charge you for the cleaning, and then they refuse to replace or pay for it. They also tell you they have to send the clothing "to the lab" to get analyzed to make sure the reason they destroyed it was not due to a "manufacturing defect" and "the analysis" can take up to 30 days. Owner was rude and insulting and took him over 2 weeks to return calls regarding the clothing his store destroyed....at my expense. If you want your clothes destroyed at your expense....this is your place!

I really like the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning from across the street from Publix and Fresh Market. I know they have 2 other locations, but the Miracle mile location is best for me. I know a lot of people in Windsor and Johns Island use the Sebastian location because its closer to them and they seen pleased. Vero Beach Dry Cleaners has always done a great job with my clothing. Very professional.

Miracle workers. I brought in my daughters delicate pink frilly dress that was stained black by another dry cleaner with little hope of saving it. They were very kind and explained what caused the stain and what he thought would be the best solution to revive the dress. Absolutely amazing results. I cant thank them enough for all their efforts looks better than new!

Although most of the staff is pleasant and professional. Some the "the rules" set by he owner are crazy and not customer friendly. Be sure to check your credit card charge receipt vs the receipts. Often they over charge $5.00. Most of the time with nothing stated. I dropped off pants needed them the next morning and wham not documented anywhere but your CC.
