Under new ownership as of March and much needed new dryers! The vending machine for soap and wash supplies is full and the place has been cleaned up. Since my first review things have changed! With the air-conditioning set at 82 degrees it quickly gets hotter in the laundry mat than it is outside. Last week it was 96 degrees inside and it was only 88 degrees outside the poor Attendant looked like she was going to pass out and another customer asked for the phone number to file a complaint because she and her children were so over heated. No ATM machine for customers and now you are no longer allowed to get cash back from the Attendant, so if you do not already know of this change made in the last week then you are forced to leave and drive all the way to your bank. The dryers have been lowered to five minutes per quarter from the six minutes they were at the pervious week and the carts you use to move your clothes from the washer to the dryer have yet to be cleaned or replaced. Sadly the new owner may have invested in some new dryers and change machines everything else is going down hill quickly.

This is quite possibly the most disgusting laundromat I have ever had the misfortune of using. First of all its absolutely filthy, I think my clothes are dirtier after washing them there. The women that work there wont allow you to even fold your laundry on the tables supposedly provided for customers because they have laid claim to them to use at their leisure. The majority of the machines are "out of order" and the few working ones are only available to customers if the employees arent using them. They were rude and spent most of the time smoking outside in between loads. I wasnt even able to finish all of my laundry because after almost three hours and over $20 later I was so frustrated waiting for a washer/dryer that I just gave up. The only driers available were so inefficient that after dumping money in them I still had to hang my laundry up to finish drying. Its astonishing that this place is still in business! Dont waste your time and money at this cesspool, you would be better off washing your clothes at the sewer plant and drying them on road kill carcasses.

I walked in with my basket of laundry and was VERY rudely turned away due to arriving at 6:07 and them closing at 8:00. I asked if she was serious and I asked are you not open until 8 this evening? The very rude woman said yes but we do not allow anyone to put laundry in past 6 pm (In large print on doors it states, wash in by 6:30 pm) I said well that is fine I guess will find somewhere else and never come back. I have only been going here for about 2 1/2 months, while this was the last straw on numerous occasions I have noted that ALL of the employees are very rude, smoke way too much, old machines are provided and are very over priced. I headed over to Cape Laundry (1st time) was able to get out by 8:00 and saved $15.00!!!! So thank you for being rude, you saved me money in long run. Head over to Cape Laundry you are treated with respect and offered reliable machines, an attendant that keeps the place in exceptional condition and is cost effective.

I give it a 1 ★ because I did get my clothes washed. There are no choices really for laundry but this one makes it very depressing. 1/2 of everything is broke. Dryers suck the quarters and you wait. You are limited to 3 dryers that dont dry. The space is tight so If you have hips, space is limited. Be better if you didnt have hips. Im sure a wheel chair would not fit in the place. An old cigarette butt flew out of my dryer - so disgusting. I about puked. This is a place where you can read the bad reviews and still go but bring a book and $$$$ And your patience.

Can I give this place a negative star rating? What a dump! And the woman that runs the place is horribly rude. Even though last wash is at 630 pm, dont expect to be able to get in any time after 5. And if you dare use the laundry facilities, the woman will make rude comments and sigh loudly while staring pointedly at the clock. I was under the impression the company would want to MAKE money, not patronize the patrons. Horrible place, horrible service, horrible experience. They should do the county a favor and close their doors forever!

I have used this landuary for years. It is a great place to go. It is clean and their is always an attendant on staff to help with any questions. There is also a wash dry n fold service so if you dont have time to do your landuary you can drop it off and come back for it. I guess that is why there are signs for attendant use only but if they arent using them they allow anyone to use them. The machines work great they wash and dry the clothes wonderfully. I will continue to use this faucility. It is a safe and quite place.

I just move here from Central New York we have Colonial Laundrey Mats and they spotless .. Wish they were here!! This laundry mats is VERY DIRTY!!! The woman that was working when I was there was very rude. . Most of the washer & dryers are/were not working. I will never come back here every.

I love going there. Paul, the owner, is very kind and works his butt of to help others. Always a great time. One of the coolest (temperature wise) laundry mats around. Been going here for a year....my BF even longer and will always continue coming here.

I went to this place and it was great, it cleaned my clothes and the lady was cleaning the moment I walked in. It was not dirty at all. The lady and her husband were the nicest people ever, I will definitely be going back there.

Poor, poor customer service. Half of their tables, washers and dryers are only for the employees. You have to ask them to use "their machines".
