Dont go to Killian Laundromat if youre looking to be treated with respect and wish to receive some type of customer service. Used their wash and fold service a couple of times. (today being my last!) They advertise a 24 hr wash and fold service, yet never do they have anything ready in 24hrs. Theyll try to compromise and negotiate with you as if you the customer, owe them any favors or consideration....they have asked me if they could do it for later, and when refused threaten to charge you for a rush order even tho their policy states 24hrs. They will write a later time in your receipt so as to buy themselves more time than the time the clothes were dropped off. Sometimes they wont even have them ready at the promised time. Employees are extremely rude and the owners, although nicer, still ask for unnecessary considerations from the customers part. Staff will argue with you and be unapologetic and if you complain, they will wave your clothes as they are folding it for everyone to see and slam the packs in front of you. This place is OK to use the machines.... But then again so are the 100s of laundromats out there with far better service. If you wish for your dignity, privacy, or consideration for your time to be taken into account STAY AWAY from this place and RUN.....

They force you to Dry Clean your business shirts because they say "The cleaning agency will take better care of them". If you choose to do their regular service, theyll say that they cant accept it. In addition, if you dont have proof of payment, you cannot pickup your clothes and they will hold them hostage until you provide written proof. Showing them your bank statement with the amount of the payment and the transaction date is not enough. Good Luck if you dry clean here.

Este lugar es muy bueno, es amplio cómodo para doblar tu ropa, además de la variedad de máquinas que tiene facilita la rapidez de tu visita ahí, se los recomiendo, ya fui a otros en el área y no me gustaron.

This is the best place I have found to do laundry. Its just big, clean, the air conditioner is always cold, and the prices are the best I have found in the area. It has more than 80 machines so I never waste time waiting for someone else to do my laundry, plus my cloth comes out super clean cause their machines are in perfect contidition (all of them). Just bring your laptop, watch some TV, or walk around the shopping. Time flies doing laundry here, lol.

I had an issue that was fixed with in the same day with the way I was charged. Fast service and great smelling clothes. Make sure you either make a copy of your invoice or dont let them take it from you. They stated that they had to but they can easily find by your name. Or show them the invoice and take it back from them.

Spacious, plenty of machines and folding tables. Only issue I see is that theres no air conditioning and they keep the doors closed, so it gets stuffy in some areas where the fans arent on. They also have nice flat screens and Uvetse installed, but only show the Uverse screen saver. Its nice aside from those little quips.

This place is a joke never coming again here also the front desk is really stupid and have a bad actitud they post a pink paper in one dryer and they want you to read it they are charging 3$ if you dry only and you have to pay again for the machine to work so at the end is like 4$ Just to dry

This Landry mat is the greatest...very comfortable. No need to bother workers for change. Nice a/c. Washers work perfect. I live by UM will travel to use this coin laundry again.. didnt deal with employees not friendly at all. But I wasnt there for them

Very Clean place, friendly staff, multiple folding stations, atm machine inside, change machine inside, free wifi while you wait. Choose between 3 values for wash depending on your size load, with multiple wash cycles $2.75 $4.75 $6.00

I come here when my dryer breaks. However, I learned today that an extra $3.00 needs to be paid when coming in ONLY to dry. The attendant was a bit rude, had she been polite I would have given this review a 5.

These are the most incompetent people Ive ever come across. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRY CLEANING THERE. They are extremely slow and lose expensive items. A gang of criminals.

Great place to do your laundry. Many washers and dryers. Plus tables to fold the clothes afterwards. They play music and have 3 tvs for your entertainment.
