If this is the laundromat next to the DCF office, I am very disappointed with my visit today. We dry our clothes there often and usually never leave any trash. My husband, who is disabled and absent minded, accidently left ONE dryer sheet. The attendant woman walked over to him, asked him to pick it up and throw it in the trash, clear across the other side of the laundromat. The amount of time and embarrassment she caused my husband, she could have easily have picked up the dryer sheet, especially since she said at the end of the day she has a pocket full, what is one more. And besides, the amount of money spent in drying to loads of clothes should suffice for her lazy self, and her freaking job. Lost a good customer. Second try. Your laudromat still has poor customer service and your attendant is rude. Need my $1 from your coin machine, took my clothes and left, so Ill need my $2 I had already put in dryer. Never Again.

Ive been using this place for 2 yrs now. Ive never had any problems of any kind. The tenant that maintains the machines etc. Has always been very polite, helpful in anyway possible. Im there every week, i see people being very rude, disrespectful. Letting their children run around and trash up the area. But yet he is always polite. So i dont understand where these bad reviews come from. I need to summit another review in regards to this place of business. I stopped going there about 2 months ago. Because how disrespectful, some what racist, down right rude. The owner/manager treated me and my boyfriend. And when I started to make comments as to how we were being treated they then attempted to act like they didnt speak English It was also at that time I discovered they were the same two (male, female) that helped in operating the nail fever salon in the same plaza. Seriously considering further Legal action!!!!!

If only I could give ZERO stars. The manager/owner that would refuse to give me his name, was RACIST & RUDE. Yes- Racism against white people exists. I had my laundry in before 7:30 and then had to get quarters from the machine. When I walked back to my machines to put the quarters in he told me it was too late and I had to go. IT WAS 7:31!!! So I left to go to subway & as my friend and I were outside of subway talking about how ridiculous it was he asked me to leave the property and call the cops because he heard us talking about him... STAY AWAY!!!!!!

For my first experience there I loved it. The attendant was very nice and warm with all the customers. Even though my husband would usually do the washing because I am disabled, he still came out and spoke to me and to see if I needed any help. He kept the place clean and went around almost every ten minutes to pick up things that were left behind. Even though the place is small, but they are very family oriented and they take the time to learn about their customers and make everyone feel welcome.
