Muy limpio y organizado pero la encargada es una persona sumamente grocera yo entiendo que las personas se cansan de trabajar pero los clientes no tenemos la culpa deben de darle un curso de relaciones públicas y trato al cliente Es tan mala educada que estuve 2 horas allí y cada vez que le preguntaba algo me ignoraba por estar hablando por teléfono el dueño lo puede verificar por la cámaras de seguridad ella deja mucho que desear del negocio

This is the BEST service I have ever used. Ive taken my clothes to many laundromats over the years but place absolutely knows what they are doing. First of all they offer FREE pick up and delivery. Next you laundry comes back smelling and feeling fresh. They fold and separate maticiously. When I took my clothes out of my bags, my clothes, my husband and children clothes were all separated- its almost as if they knew whose clothes belonged to who. All I had to do was put them straight in the drawer. They placed all the shirts on hangers and had them in a dry cleaner bag. If you wash your comforter they put it in a professional comforter bag. I am just blown away with how well they washed my clothes. This is not your regular run of the mill laundromat. I highly recommend this place. Prices are good. I think they had free wifi inside but I just used the drop off service.

I never take the time to write reviews but this place really deserves it. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected. I had a bad situation with one of the workers there. She literally treated me as if I was a child. Never in my life will I ever go back. As I was doing my laundry, she kept rushing me telling me they were closing soon (mind you, it was closing in an hour) she kept telling me in Spanish that i needed to hurry because she needed to go home. She was raising her voice treating me as I was not a paying loyal customer. The more I Ignored her, she harassed me even more. She even grabbed my cart at one point when I hadnt finished yet. I didnt even stay to fold my clothes because she made me feel terrible.

I dont normally give bad reviews, but this place deserves it... The biggest problem here is the owner. I was about to take my clothes out of two jombo washers, when she came out of nowhere and snatched my cart. And when I told her it was mine, she gave me a bad look and took the cart. She never even apologize. Bad enough the washers are expensive, it is super hot, and the vending machine was empty.. Seems like. This place. Is suffering from poor management. Someone should fire the owner and get a really manager in there to make that place what it should be. Never coming here again.....

so that it does not put it closes at 11:00 pm if used at 9: 00 pm not let me put a washer today 04/10/2017 still I am client of the laundry because it is where closer I left but wishing I to put a new one already in the area in which give best services washers are usually full of hair and dirty and do not wash clothes well and still I keep coming back because its left me in front of my house so grateful fixed not letting me spend 2 hours before closing to customers

Unprofessional and rude. My clothes were not ready when they were supposed to be and no one called, when i went to pick it up i spent two hours looking for my clothes through the rack myself to find out that the owner did not go pick up the dry cleaning where they get it done; when i returned instead of being sorry about the mistake all i got was attitude.

Dear store owner your business lacks customer service and consideration, one of your employees starts screaming at me in front of everyone for a simple mistake I made trying to get change from a soda machine. She crossed the line and I believe if your hiring people like this you do not deserve to have business in this community!!!

This place sucks the hours of operation say they are open till 11 but I just got the door closed in my face by a woman telling me that they dont allow people to wash after 9 pm. I dont know who the owner is but with all the bad reviews they already have here is another Bad attitude bad service GO ELSEWHERE

This is the only place that get my stuff done right. It is not easy when you have 4 kids and are a single parent. My kids make a great job messing all of their wardrobe and Spin makes even a better job cleaning them. Great prices and the lady on front is beautiful. See you guys again next week!

Very expensive the dryers , plus dont dry well ..too pricey to drying 4 piece of clothing ..way too small ...again DONT DRY WELLLLLL...if its my money going out of pocket then it should be well used !!!

I always take my clothes there for dry cleaning. For my graduation I needed to get my dress fixed in a REAL rush and they tailor did a beautiful job. Customer service is really good.
