I went in for the first time a few weeks ago with three longsleeve button-down mens dress shirts. I explained to the young guy (I believe his name was Alex) that I had never been there before, but I liked the idea that they do not use certain chemicals and I needed my husbands work shirts dry cleaned on a weekly basis. Decided to give it a try and he mentioned the VIP program. I told him I would sign up for it next time I came in, if the shirts were done to my liking. A few days later I picked up the shirts and they were fine, so I signed up for the VIP program that he again told me about. Six shirts were dropped off a few days ago to them. (My second time in their store). Same style- Long sleeve button-down mens dress shirts. Today, when I arrived at the store and gave him my ticket, he immediately walked to the back and left me standing up front alone. I was up there for quite a while. When he came back out he was on the phone with somebody. He went to the computer typed in a few things and walked to the back again leaving me upfront alone. When he came back the second time I asked "is there a problem?" He immediately replied "yes theres a problem with your order." He went on to explain that whoever took them in, which I found out later was the owner herself Karen, checked them in under someone elses name. They didnt know where my husbands work shirts were. He was on the phone with the owner Karen trying to figure out a way to find them. He passed the phone to me to speak to the owner, and she was very unprofessional. She not only never apologized to me, but went on to advise me that she was trying to explain to the guy how to find my shirts in the computer because she was out on the streets running errands at the moment and was not in front of a computer to help him. Bottom line, the guy could not find my shirts in the computer and I had to stand by the conveyor belt and look for them myself, one by one. When I finally found them I was charged regular price and advised the VIP program does not apply to mens dress shirts. The young guy tried to assure me that he made this clear before I signed up for the program. What a joke. No attempt on the owners part to rectify the problem, no common courtesy to apologize, the clerk signing me up for a program that I very clearly will never be able to use, and then I have to find my own clothes? No thanks.

The staff is friendly and the quality of service is impeccable. I highly recommend Martinizing Dry Cleaners in Coral Springs to anyone looking for a company that treats your garments as if they owned them. Not the least expensive dry cleaner Im sure, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I recommend becoming a member of their VIP club for extra convenience.

The service is great. I have been to many cleaners but this is by far the best Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaner. If you have any concerns or special requests they will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Owners Harvey and Karen are there most of the time and they are great!
