If I could I would give them less than a star they are a horrible, unprofessional staffing hole in the wall of a company. First is the employees, they are unprofessional they dont know how to talk to people nor do they know how to place ppl with skills in the right jobs field. They lie about small things, they told they me their direct deposit was down No you dont have because you cant afford to add it to your system, their checks are drawn from bank of american & BOA has a cashing fee $8.00 that normally a good company would pay so its not taking from its employees, guess what Infiniti does not, this is really a pathetic excuse for use comapany. Now Corrin is never available & when she is she is rude. They placed me at a flip flop warehouse company off Orange Blossom Trail for $9.00 when I applied I was told I would be doing office work lie #1, I stayed at this warehouse job for 4weeks working from 830am til 500pm in a racist non speaking english environment, I was to report to Jamie who doesnt know how to talk to people. He has a sick slow sense of humor, in these 4 weeks I worked hard even came in 1 hour before & left 2 hours after my scheduled time to be fired for so they say poor attitude ( lie #2 I came in every day mon - sat for 4 weeks saying good morning to everybody ) talking on my phone so they say lie #3 (I would listen to music to motivate a faster pace to complete my work, but they have there favorites who would walk around literally talking on their phone) & they claimed I was late all the time lol what a joke, I have screen shots of my punch card when it clearly states I clocked in before 830 am so where am I late ( mind you Corrin called me to tell me that since I was fired from the site I was being fired from the company lol) I cant wait to pick up my last check & get away from this nightmare of a compay they need to close this place down. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy nobody deserves this kind of treatment. Lets not forget they changed my rate of pay from $9.00 to minimum wage $8.05 for my last two checks. I will be reporting them to BBB.

My fiancee was told he would be hired in as a truck driver by Jennifer the office manager. When he, and I went into fill out the application. He was told by Jennifer that he would have to work as a warehouse worker. Not at all what he was originally told. All applications for Infiniti entail the word Arbitration. Arbitration in legal terms; means Infiniti retains the right to change anything involving your employment with them. In our case: Upon them wasting our time; he quit, and Jennifer cut his pay back from 8.25hr, to 7.29an hour. In a rageful hissy fit; Jennifer cursed at him because he quit the job. She was angry that she did not get her way. The real problem here is highly immature, and uneducated office manager Jennifer; failed to comprehend his terms for employment, ie his needs in a job. He notified her in his interview; about a date he had to have off. At the time she said it was fine, and would note that in his file. The next day he started work full-time. Jennifer actually called 8am in the morning, and asked him if he was showered, and getting dressed for work. So much for professionalism! Jennifer also failed to acknowledge his need of job that met his financial standards. Truck drivers typically gross 50,000 per year, vs 20,000 annually for warehouse employees. If she had basic common sense she would have known that. There is no point in a staffing agency; that fails to meet the basic criteria of a staffing agency. This situation at hand just means; Jennifer waisted not only our time, but also company time. Jennifer fails the basic obligations of her position altogether, and is nothing more than dead weight to her employer. I would highly suggest not working for this company. Poor management; equals poor results. Tip: Employers hire companys like Infiniti Employment Solutions to hired people for them to avoid paying workers compensations. Employers pay companys like this three times the amount; that say Infiniti pays you. So trust me when I say; people are much better off finding direct hire employment. Cut out the middleman altogether.

7/10/2014,in fact i went to office of Infiniti Employment Solutions one month ago, and it was bad Experience ,,, i actually was invited by George ((later he told that his job invite people to the office)) who is called me to come to their office to make interview for a job and i was surprise because i applied for many jobs but i did not remember that i applied to this employment agency, so i went to this office although i spent 1 hour to reach this office, and they told me to fill out papers for a job ,, it was more than 40 pages ,,it is ok i filled out all of it and i made drug test so i spent in this office like 4 hours, and they told me we gonna call you for the job you applied ,, but unfortunately nothing i received no even email from them ,,,they taken all the information from me for a job and i am scare because they may use it to do something,you know what i mean ... and i tried to call them many times do they transferred me to the machine voice ,,and finally i called George why he invited me ,,,and i did not even have money for the gas car, he said I AM SORRY THAT IS MY JOB .and i said thank you for all Mr George, so what can you imagine from help they will give.

This place is absolute garbage everyone that works there is very rude and unproffesional and a waste of time I was let go from one of there places that they placed me the same place that there was almost a fist fight between a manager and an employee i was told i would be making 10.75 an hour they only paid me 8.25 a hour because i was "let go " which is a lie on top of that they will only let u pick up ur check on Friday between 4-5 I was supposed to get paid two weeks ago today they will not give u your check any other day exept Friday between 4-5 absolute rediculous and I dont believe its legal this place is a discrace wish I could give it negative stars

We came here because they called my husband to fill an application for CDL Truck Driver. We didnt know it was a Temp Agency at all. Has to be that they get your Info trough the applicationlications you fill in the Internet. Got here at 9:15 am and a Lady said to my husband, he cant be inside the offices until 9:30AM. That he has to wait outside. Hey! Your company is paying you a salary, based on the share they get from the employees they contract. Those are the one who put food on your table. Be more politely. What is wrong with yaall? Dont like your job? Quit!!! Im not giving no recommends from this company. Rude and very unprofessiona..
