I left my last job for this company because I thought I would work with them and get hired by AAA because there inside the AAA building but BOY was I very wrong. Not only do you not get hired on to AAA but Ultimate Staffing rules are set just to have a high turn over rate. They have new classes every other month for one, for two they have this rule where if you get a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks if you go to the bathroom more than 15 minutes threw out the day they will take one of your breaks away!! The people they have there to help you dont even try and help you but sit at the command center and play on there phones and talk about other people on the floor. Going here for a job is a waste of time and they say they start you out at $12 an hour but if you get fired of leave they make sure they screw you and pay you wage on your last check like who does that crazy stuff... Over all there are many other compaines out there that will treat you alot better than this company Ultimate staffing inside AAA

Ultimate Staffing had staffers combing our office complex soliciting. One of their "agents" overlooked our STRICTLY NO SOLICITING sign and tried to open our keycard protected door. When she couldnt get in she started pounding on the door and ringing the doorbell. I made the massive mistake of letting her in and she tried to tell me she was looking for administrative work. I had 5 customer phone calls waiting for me so I sent her to our retail location. After she left she proceeded to call my office EIGHT separate times trying to reach someone in HR or hiring. I googled her phone number and found out that she was in fact a staffer. This is highly unprofessional behavior. Avoid these people at all costs.

Super dodgy. No parking, major construction outside office. No sign on door except for a printed paper with Black Arial font saying there name. Taped on door. Too much signage inside, what are the over compensating for? Secretary said I completed the application but needed to complete more paperwork on a computer in an empty office that was monitored over their VPN that tracks key strokes. They asked me to login to my personal email??!! At that point I left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are far from legit! There was no reason to ask anyone at an interview to log into their personal email. EVER! However if you want your Identity stolen or personal information sold. Then this is the place for you.

I met with Daisy a couple months ago. She seemed nice and acted as though she was genuinely invested in finding a position that would be a good fit. She convinced me that she saw potential that possibly others were overlooking and that I had untapped skills that needed the right opportunity to grow. I never heard from her again after I left except for when I followed up once and she told me to keep in touch and that shed "do the same". She didnt. Maybe others will have or have had more positive experiences but I did not.

As what was said very not correct how they do anything Chris Muradore was trying to make me stay at a job that was not a good place to work simply to keep money rolling in for them they dont care about the needs of employees just the employer who they claim is always right trying o work you without tools that you must have because the employer does not give you them the whole experience has been a bad joke i suggest you stay away

Britney Allan and Daisy really helped me find a job that fit what I needed and wanted. I just got a receptionist job through ultimate that is full time and has a lot of benefits. I fully recommend this staffing agency! Most agencies see you as a number. Ultimate sees you as a human being which is beyond amazing and I couldnt ask for a better job agency! They treat you like family. They also respond quickly and give you feedback!
