Do not work for this agency. Your time will be wasted. There is no professionalism inside that office - not only was there a 15 minute wait before anyone acknowledged me when I arrived, the ladies (I use this term loosely) in the office were too busy having personal conversations and snickering about the people in the waiting area. Everyone could hear them figuring out what to get for lunch, who had worse cramps, and how fat one of them felt in their shirt. I had the chance to speak with Heather E. - whos card reads "branch manager". Not only was she loud and offensive, choosing not to even glance up at people coming in the door, she seemed to be bothered or annoyed that she actually had to talk to me and have me sit at her deask. After after a brief "interview" she was quick to hand me a flyer on applying online and told me I should call another office as she shooed me out the door. She took no time to ask about my skills, talk about the job postings Id seen and basically just wanted to know if Id work for minimum wage and could pass a drug test and a background check. When I called to follow-up, I could never get ahold of Heather. I was told to come in for ANOTHER open house and another interview, even though I was a step ahead in the process. When I did arrive I spoke with another recruiter but was thrown into a safety movie and asked to provide a drug test sample when there was no conversation of a job. I then completed their Onboarding through my email and was told to call in every week - 3 weeks later, and no job was ever provided. A week after my first visit, my friend was sent to work to by Heather and Karen and it took her 2 weeks to get her first paycheck. When she called and explained to Heather E. About the issue, she was told it "was not her problem" and to "call the call center, I cant help you." She asked to speak to a manager but Heather hung up on her and avoided her calls. She was put to work the same time as another guy she ended up on assignment with, who was visibly high on something during their safety training. She had to submit to a drug screening, while he did not, and was still there the next morning at the company location. Unbelievable. I ended up working through Manpower, who got me a job within a few days. My background is in shipping and receiving, purchasing, and inventory programs management. No clue why I was not properly qualified for any of their jobs. These people do not take their jobs seriously and do not care how they run their office. They treat people poorly and do not act as professionals.

Was sent to a job by Heather that was said to pay 11dollars as a forklift operator but when I got to the job site they told me I have been misinformed and the job only paid 9 dollars an hour and there was no forklift job. And this was not the first time that she had made this mistake I calmly told the foreman that this job is not for me thank you for the opportunity he said I understand were going to have a meeting with her about this dont work for this place
