There should never be disrespect against a customer. Ive been unhappy with my haircut twice because of crooked edge lines and a barber that was simply inexperienced. My barber couldnt make it to our appointment, so Christian took over. Ive noticed this is not the first bad review because of Christian. He did my edge line crooked and pushed my hairline all the way up when I told him not to. When I told him I wasnt happy with it, he said it didnt matter that I was not happy with it that I dont have a great hairline and said other disrespectful comments involving him and the owner talking behind my back. Rafy is a great barber, but I dont like how I feel coming here. Ive heard passive aggressive comments about me before and its not worth it to keep coming here. I kept going because it is the only barbershop in the area, but I rather drive more and take my $28 dollars somewhere else than hear that Im being picky because I dont like crooked edges.

Hello! I would first like to say yesterday was my first experience at this barber shop and couldnt be more pleased. As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted by one of the barbers in a professional manner! As you sit and look around you notice how clean and sophisticated the place looks! Not to mention Jazz music playing in the background which adds a touch of class! My barber Eli is by far one of the most talented and professional barbers thats ever cut my hair! Besides his talents his attitude and knowledge makes you feel at ease and relaxed with pure professionalism! After my cut I was treated with a facial massage with all natural organic oils, hot towel, and eucalyptus facial cleanse. Man I felt so relaxed afterwards! I would highly recommend Eli as your barber if you decide to visit. If anyone is looking for a new barbershop please check this one out first! You wont be disappointed!

We had the horrible and racist experienced ever at your Jacas Barber shop Lake Nona for the past few months now. The owner I believe his name is Danny and he disrespected my wife and me not to open the door and it was like for only 5 plus seconds because the barber shop doesnt have any place to sit down, it was packed and I was just taking a peek to see if there is any place available but the owner yelled it so rude at my wife and me quoting " Close the door " like three times and I was like we heard you. Also, the owner is so stuck up and rude as well as others. They didnt even say hi or apologize to us. We have faced the racist encounter for the past few months and we wouldnt recommend anyone to go there at any given time. Also, they wouldnt see us anymore either! Hands down... K.R.

Jacas has a pleasant atmosphere and nice local. I went in to get my first cut and I received a cut by Christian. I called Christian back to express that I wasnt pleased with my cut and needed to see about coming in and getting it corrected. He ask me how long ago it was and didnt seem to please to want to help. To make it worse he said he was gong into Jacas as he had one client to attend to and that then he would call me back to give me a time to come in. I never received a call back and this to me is not good business etiquette. I left him a text message expressing how this is bad business and not the way to keep a client. I will not go back to Jacas and prefer to drive a bit father to at least get a cut by a barber that cares about his clients whether new or old.

Cleanest shop in Orlando. Ive been to lots shops looking for the right spot and this place is classy. The furniture and finishes make it nicer than just a room with some chairs in it. The barbers are friendly and courteous and make sure everyone feels welcome as they come through the door. Most importantly (for me) Rafy gives the best cuts. He knows exactly what Im looking for and uses the best products to make sure my bald cut stays looking clean - no bumps, no irritation. Ive seen his other work too and he works magic with those clippers whether youre doing a complete hot towel shave or getting a tight design edged in. I know this because hes been cutting my hair for almost a year now. Go see Rafy at Jacas and hell hook you up too.

Went there today at 9am and wasnt open. Came back at 9:15 and both chairs are occupied and I was next to get my haircut. 9:55 am rolls around and the barber finishes the guy sitting and informs me that I would have to wait longer because his regular customer had arrived and would be going ahead of me. I understand he may have had an appointment but let me know that when I first arrive instead of having me sitting there wasting my time thinking I am next. The full service package with the hot towel treatments take 30-45 minutes. The place looks nice and we need more barbers here in the area, but to me its just bad business. Especially for a new shop trying to establish customers. Time is money.

Had an appointment, show up and am told the person who I scheduled an appointment with wasnt able to make it in. Sucks but no big deal. However, instead of getting me in with another barber for my scheduled time, Im told to put my name on the list and that it would be less than an hour. Not great when you have a flight in 3 hours, and having walked in with an appointment time. An hour and a half later, after having taken multiple appointments with only one or two people from the walk-in line and with my upcoming flight that afternoon, I had to leave. No haircut and time wasted. Ive gotten a great haircut there previously but this last visit left a VERY poor impression on me.

I go to Jacas barbershop to get my haircut every 2-3 weeks. Its the only barbershop in the area that has actual real barbers that know how to cut hair. The place has a good vibe, is classy, and has a vintage yet comfortable atmosphere. I get my hair cut by Rafy. He does a great job cutting my hair the way I want it, takes his time and is very precise, yet will finish the cut within a reasonable time. He asks what I want every time, and makes sure to listen and make the necessary changes if I want something a little different. The place can get busy in the evenings and weekends, so I highly recommend calling and making an appointment, otherwise you may have to wait.

My husband was way overdue for a fade, and after several suggestions of a local barber shop he went last week. AMAZING! It was the best hair cut I have ever seen on him, he looked so handsome. His barbers name is Christian and he did an excellent fade and cut. There is a wait because this place is already filling up being so new in Lake Nona. Best to make an appointment. I took my 6 year old son on Sunday as a walk-in and Rafi took such great care of him by a warm greet and a firm hand shake. I want my son to be around classy men like this. There is also Christian music playing in the background to inspire and relax our busy lives. 5 Stars all the way!
