The place is nicely situated and decorated .The stylist appears to be courteous and customer service oriented. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude person who attended me in the front. Shes a young lady with a heavy accent who asked me in a rude tone if I had an appointment. (Mind you, there was only one more customer in the place) Once I told her no, she just walked away to speak to another stylist. Not knowing what was happening, I started walking away from the place when the stylist she was talking to called me to come to his station. I asked him about the walk-in policy and he said that it’s about 50/50.

The barbers provide decent haircuts and the interior of the place looks nice, but dont entrust them your money. The receptionists are poorly trained and lack critical customer service skills that one would think important in a business that provides a service to customers. Employees under the recently professed "new management" arent concerned with the customers at all, just their money. One of the most unprofessional barber/salons that Ive ever been in. Ive had better customer service at fast food chains.

I bought a 2 haircut/2 shaves special. They only delivered on one. Told me they couldnt find me in the system for the other. Asked me to call the owner. I found out later that the person I spoke with was the owner. When I did go back in they were rude and told me to call the owner. Since then I know of others who have had similar experiences.

Nice place. Got right in as a walk in. The haircut is fine, but not exactly what I asked for. I mentioned my wariness and was essentially told it wouldnt work even though Ive had the exact cut I wanted before and it was fine. Overall: good service, average haircut, may consider returning but only after checking out other places.

Admittedly I was a walk-in. She told me one person in front, waited about 25 minutes, she then cut my hair in a hurry as there were other customers waiting. The cut was uneven and looked crazy, my wife had to just shave it and even it out when I got home, 20 bucks for an awful cut, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Highly recommend Sharp! I got a full shave back in May (face and head) with the razor. The full treatment made this biker feel pretty relaxed and less tense after just having riden over 1000 miles in two days to Orlando.

This place was a waste of money. The customer service sucked and it was very overpriced. The worst part about it is the person who cut my hair left it lopsided and theres nothing i can do about it now. Never going back

I have gone there 2 times now for a haircut and shave. The haircut came out good and I love the hot shave. I book my appointments with Fibi. I havent tried any of the other people.

Christina and Izzy are always great. The place is comfortable and everyone is personable. A lot better than the haircut production mills.
