Pros: The work was done fast Cons: They lied about the quote. I was given a quote of between $80 and $150. $40 for the part and what I assumed was a range for labor costs depending on how long it took them. The total time spent working on my car was just over 30 minutes. I was charged slightly over $150 and told I was charged for an hour of work because their computer systems automatically charge for an hour for the repair I was having done. When I asked about this I was told "Well we can have the mechanic look at it for the rest of the hour if you want, but the repair has already been made." The manager was not on property, so I called back later. At this point the manager blatantly lied to me saying he never quoted me the price of $80-$150. Now the price I paid was barely over the high end of the quote he gave me, but the fact he knew all along exactly how much it would cost and that they were so rude to me about it means I will never be going back there. I warn anyone looking into getting work done here that what they quote has little bearing on what you will pay, and if you question them about it they will lie to you.

I was having issues with my car. I had been to and had called a few places. Most places told me that they thought I needed my oils and liquids change. For some reason this did not make sense to me so I decided to bring my car to Midas. I had been here before for oil changes. I arrived at 9:30am and was prompted greeted by Mr. Floyd. I informed him that my car needed an oil change and that I was having some issues with it. They began working on my car and after a diagnostic, I was told that it was a coil in the engine. I was informed of the cost and told them that I could get the work done only if they were finished by 2:30pm. Mr. Floyd and the mechanics ( Josh and Luis) were finished by noonish and my car is currently running smoothly. I never felt any pressure and everything was explained. Josh test drove my car a few times to make sure it was fixed. I have found my mechanics! These men were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I will be going back for all of my automotive needs. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MIDAS TO ANYONE! * Should things change, I WILL KEEP you updated!

Okay I was not actually trying to call This company. I called it by accident. when i called the person that picked up the phone he was so very rude. i met to call boost mobile but my phone called them instead. the worker answered the phone and said i dont know anything about boost why the hell did you call for this. then he said my head is really dissy right now dont call back. i was utterly shocked after hearing what he said even though i wasnt a costumer. something should really be done about that. It truley should Then i called back to confront the man and it was the manager. he said i am so very sorry for what i said it wont happen again we were very busy. then i said i forgive you but you need to work on your social habbits. he told me yeah and it wont happen again with an attitude and hung up in my face. iw would never be a customer here if i were you i cant beleive that he did that. if i had a job right now i would be happy to have one (any Job) and hes just taking it for granted and being rude to folks. Oh my God he just ruiend the rest of my day.

I went into this shop to get a pipe replaced on my minivan. I told the store manager that it was diagnosed by the Midas shop in Columbia, SC but he didnt have the part. I was driving to Orlando for Vacation so he said top at a Midas shop in Orlando to get it done. I went to this Midas shop and they told me they needed to do a full inspection and charge me $30. Really? I just told you what the Midas Shop in Columbia said. So they order the part and we agree for me to set-up an appointment for 7:30am that Friday. The part will come in Thursday so we will be all set. I get there at 7:30 and no part. Store manager says sorry but he was off yesterday and not his fault no one called to let me know. Really not your fault? Maybe you should have told someone if it didnt come in to call me. Says the part will be there between 7:30-9am so I go and buy groceries and come back. Still no part! what a waste of a vacation day because these clowns have bad customer service. I finally get the car fixed and back by 5:30. If you want bad customer service go here!

Nothing, worst customer service, I had a break service guarantee and pass by this store, at the beginning they told me that they have to charge me for labor, I told them that cant be truth cause I already paid for this service and include guarantee, they didnt like my answer, so they refuse to inspect my car, I had to called Midas customers service and they spoke with this Midas guy, at that moment he said he was going to inspect my car, that was around 11 am, and at 4:00 pm, they told me that they cant do anything, I said you made me waste my time, and he answer was" you didnt do anything just sitting over there, this owner is out of his mind, I left really really mad, this owner is making Midas company lost their reputation, I dont recommend nobody to go to this location, really bad customer service.

Yesterday I called to Midas to schedule an appointment and I asked about oil change, the sales person told me that my car needs full synthetic oil, my first impression I thought that it was a put together to make me spend more, however the sales person explained to me that it was to my own concern because I must keep full synthetic in order to do not loose my power train warranty, so I decided to go ahead, when I got there they offered me 10 bucks discount + tire check, brake check and balance, guess what? They just got a new customer and for sure many referrals, what have they done to deserve that? They just took care of me in very nice and kind way and for me this is more than enough to they get my business. Thank you guys, I really appreciated

The Dodge dealership in Kissimmee wanted to charge me $255 for 2 services. I decided to give this place a try. Floyd, the manager said hello and I told him about the services that my car needed. He said the cost would be $117 for both services. WOW! I saved $138. They were fast courteous, and knowledable. Floyd, the manager, seemed like a nice man. by the way, I wasnt the only customer complaining about the dealership. Another customer mentioned that the Ford on OBT wanted to charge him $500+ and he was getting his car fixed at Midas for $265. Times are difficult and people only want honest and reliable service. I think Floyed and his mechanics will be around for a long time. Thanks guys! *The mechanic who fixed my car was Curt. Great Job!
