I would have to say thank you again to the manager Sam for helping us out today. A friend of mine that runs a business and I am their IT technician and we had a problem with a printer that we purchased on Aug of 2015. I went and called to ask about how the replacement plan would work since we had purchased it and gave us some great information. We went into the store and talked to him asked him what printer would be durable to not have the same issue again. He recommended a HP Officejet 8720. We checked it out and liked it. Over the phone he had told us that we would have to buy the printer first and wait for the company to send us a gift card then he would refund us the money. But because of the company transition to square trade, Sam came back and told us to go back to the office get the printer and he would swap it out for the new one and just pay the difference. This guy gave us OUTSTANDING customer service! Will definitely do business with this store again. If you need ANYTHING ask for Sam!

Excellent experience. My husband and I recently went into the store to look for an office desk. There was one on sale we liked... and although the sales person made a mistake in telling us it came with a hutch... it didnt. So only 1/2 the desk was delivered to our place. We were willing to switch it for a cheaper version that came with both parts and return the former... but the manager graciously gave us the other 1/2 of the original desk (at no additional cost) that we had purchased since it was their mistake. I was very grateful... and I will definitely be spending my money here in the future as I continue to complete the make-up of my office. These guys are professional, kind and thoughtful. I couldnt be happier! ^_^ Its the best office store in the East Orlando area for sure!

I love this office Max. I go there at least once a week to buy boxes for Shipping and tape.. Staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY!!! Super clean and organized. They always have mark downs and special sales going on and incase you miss it staff always points it out. They have great rewards program for more savings and deals I love..Overall I always have a great experience here at the waterfordlakes location... :)

Constantly told different things about their printer ink cartrage rewards program. I have recycled hundreds of dollars in cartrages and if I dont keep calling the rewards program and hanging on to my reciepts they just pretend like it didnt happen. Taking them to staples from now on. Also 15 day return policy? Newegg gives me 90.

The product could be a little better quality or rather, a better selection would be nice. However when I needed assistance, Walter helped me out a lot. He helped us from the aisle to the register and I appreciated his customer service.
