The other poor reviews are right - take your business elsewhere. The staff is rude, and poorly trained (tonight they left a young man with a "trainee" tag alone at the register while the other staff stood away from the counter drinking starbucks). After 20 minutes, I still was unable to get information on sending my envelope - but the starbucks drinker had time to flirt with another girl that came up to the counter. The service was so bad I send a formal complaint to fedexs corporate management. I will not return to this location.

BE AWARE-THEY OVER MEASURE THE BOXES TO HIKE UP THE SHIPPING PRICES!! Took a package in here to ship, the service was terrible, after waiting and waiting, (mind you there was no one in front of me in line), then shipped the box after measuring it at home and getting a quote from fedex!! THEY HAD NO IDEA I DID THAT!!! They are use to dealing with tourists here and they are out to rip you off! DO NOT USE THIS STORE, I no longer use them and I tried 3 times, every time it was something else, this time-they went too far!

Just stay away! Workers who dont care. They messed up pricing on one of my orders and wanted me to pay double. The reason...the guy was too worried of trying to upsell me on business cards and other junk that he never even listened to what I wanted. Why did I go there in person? Because I submitted for a quote online but it took over 12 hours to get one back to me. I decided after a few hours to go in and just check for myself because you cant get help on the phone at all...even when trying to buy something.

This is by far the worst copy store I have ever had to deal with! They change staff so frequently that there is a complete lack of consistency when it comes to quotes AND service! Richard was rude and unhelpful when informing me how I am WRONG as a customer, and dont know what Im talking about. I had to contact my local FedEx Kinkos for help, because of how difficult the Vineland store has been. If you want good service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We come here in the middle of the night when we need something at the last min. Always have had a great experience. Everyone has either been very helpful in doing something for us or telling us how to use the self service machines. This time Richardo was there and he was a tremendous help with design and ideas. Needed a personalized poster for a High School event and I have one happy teenage daughter! THANK YOU!!

Wow terrible customer service. Not sure why I keep giving them a chance. I use Fedex Office every week for the same very simple job in various cities and this is by far the worst service of all of them! Usually the job is done very easily but not here. Unfortunately this one is near my home. Ill start driving the extra miles to a different one after todays last shot.

I just sent over a large print job to this Kinkos and was very pleased that they called me to confirm everything and make sure they knew all the details before beginning the print job. They even have a delivery service to make sure my project will be delivered on time.

The automatic copy and print machines arent working so I asked the lady inside to print a document from my USB she charged me $2.50 extra I asked why she said uh anything that we do back here they would charge extra, worst FedEx office I saw till now.

An employee told me management pushed staff to push packing naturals even when they are not needed. To use any excuse to make customer repack. Very annoying when select offices do this. They dont all. The one staff was great though.

Ricardo was extremely helpful. He helped us put together everything we need quickly. What was originally going to cost my company hundreds of dollars and take over 4 hours ended up costing less than $100 and only took a few minutes.

Box nazis. Upsetting Fefex boxes by refusing your personal packaging with vague reasons relating to their own shortcomings in package handling. Pick a different location if you can.
