Old man has half a brain. Doesnt know anything about etsy and their copyright. Proof of purchase and emails from the business owner themselves shouldnt be a warrant to not allow printing of the work that was bought from said store owner. Saying, "You repeating yourself isnt helping," means they wont do any business with you. Would give zero if I could

Fast and prompt service however I didnt appreciate the condescending remark. I had a return with a prepaid label. I asked if they needed the numbers that was perforated with the label and the woman said "If you would read the instructions, it says to keep the receipt". Im not a child and "no, you keep it for your records" would have sufficed.

Tiff Draws Stuff

I came here once to have a print made of one of my paintings on thin canvas board, and they did it, no problem. The last time I was there with a new painting they told me it wasnt possible. Same product, same dimensions, everything was the same except the image. They offered no explanation as to why they couldnt do it.

I went in to have some photos scanned to digital and needed a fast turn around (it was for a funeral slide show) and Kevin went above and beyond to make it happen in less than 30 minutes when their normal is a couple hours. It was greatly appreciated.
