I absolutely HATE going here. The printing department is god awful. They always print my bright blues as nearly black and my bright pinks and reds and dark purples and burgundy. They never have good paper to suit my needs or the professional staff it should. I should not have to decide between awful pixilated pictures on ridiculously thin paper and driving all the way out to lake Mary to get my images printed how they should look at the wonderful staples. Ill tell you what though, if you have an IMPORTANT project and have things depending on how your project looks printed out, its well worth the drive to Staples. Get your stuff together, Office Depot.

This store is a complete rip off with horrible customer service. I had a bad experience at this store ending with a printed item I was unable to use and over 40 min of my time wasted. Since I ordered using PayPal this store got their money and I was out of luck. I was recently charged for the same order again even though I definitely did not submit a new order. I refuse to do any further business with them. I called their corporate on two separate occasions and was promised a call back or email within two business days, each time, and Im still waiting. I am reporting them to PayPal so that I can get my refund. Do not do business here!!!!!

Poor service 90% of the time. Also, high prices and less than great selection. But really, with all of the employees/managers standing around every time I go there, you would think they would occasionally offer to help me. I cant count how many times I have gone in looking for something, been ignored while wandering the aisles for 15 minutes and then walked out without making a purchase. Rarely is there more than one cashier open, even during their busiest of times.

This was without a doubt the worst customer service encounter! I needed a chart scanned onto a USB. A few were double sided. The girl proceeds to scan them all in as double sided....when I asked her if I would be charged double she replied yes......what.....really.....then when I said never mind....she had them all out of order...She says that is what happens when they are spot out of the scanner....OMG.

Took the 20 minutes to fax 12 pages. The staff was clearly more interested in being social butterflies rather than checking on the status of my fax. I had to ask a few times for them to check on the machine because they were not updating me on anything. I stood there forever while my fax sat on the machine in front of me.

The customer services is the worst ! No one acknowledged that fact that I was waiting in line to use to computer. I waited for ten minutes and left. I will never refer anyone to that store nor will I receive service for my business. Thank you so much for nothing.

I have called this store for the past few days and its so hard to get someone just to answer the phone.. Im not talking about a few rings.. Im talking about not even answering.. The customer service here is horrible as well.. I cant wait till staples opens.

I went in to have a paper scanned to an e-mail address, which they did for me plenty of times in the past. I was told this visit that they dont do that anymore. I asked where I can go to get it done and they didnt know. They need to bring this service back.

Just stopped to have an item printed. I am NOT one to post a review but I must this time. Very poor customer service and RUDE beyond belief, and not just to me but the six people ahead of me as well. Definitely will NEVER stop for service again.

Costumer service in printing department not helpful. Waited at desk while another customer was being helped prior to my arrival....4 more customers approached desk being helped and I am still waiting for them to acknowledge I exist. Ridiculous

They sold me a $1,000 PC not in stock then it took longer than the original shipping/arrival date and time to arrive. The service from the associate was AT but it was anything but a smooth transaction after that should have went to BESTBUY

Horrible customer service they spent half an hour trying to print a PDF file. Got fed up had to give up since the printing experts were to busy to help. Dont wast your time with this place just go to FedEx and save your self the headache.

There is NO CUSTOMER service at this store. The individual at the print services counter was extremely rude. The manager was not able work the equipment. I usually avoid this place like the plague but was in the area. Never again.

The staff will do everything possible to get what you need and usually comes through. There is always someone available. As a businessman, I can recognize the sign of a good manager and this store most likely has one.

Great location right next to DDs. Love the slanted ilse. Clean parking lot. Very helpfull staff. Best part a traffic light so getting out isnt suicide.
