I once got a set of business cards made form anther printer. Many times, when I gave one out, people would mention about the quality of the card. Little did I know that the card stock was noticeable. Fast forward to the first time I ordered cards form The Printers. I asked Terry if she could find the same card stock that I was using. She brought me a sample, but it just wasnt the same thickness. She then brought me a couple more, then a couple more. She was able to locate the card stock that I wanted after she insisted that she wanted them to be what i wanted. Thank you Terry for going above and beyond to find what I wanted
