Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my notary stamp certificate. Ordered stamp from store. Asked the clerk if she needed certificate. She said no, they make stamps in-store and it would be done on Sunday.....Monday at 2 p.m., I called store and they said they needed the certificate....not even a phone call to advise me of this.....I came back in on the following Tuesday with the certificate that I had on the first visit and ordered my stamp.....so I thought.....2 weeks and still no stamp....cant find my order.....cant find my stamp....maybe some employee and manager training is in order....

Staff is friendly, knowledge, and only has your best interest in mind. Definitely a place that I love going to and trust. And if your business is thriving and youre going through paper and ink like crazy, (or if you print often enough) they have a rewards program that saves you a decent chunk of money thats worth signing up for.

I dont like this store. They often dont have what I want. The employees are terrible here. Bad attitudes, especially if you interrupt their personal conversations to ask a question. They will not even look up a simple toner cartridge, just pass the buck to someone else. Who manages this place? Anyone?
