When we got engaged, I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator. I wasnt sure if it would be worth the expense in the long run. Ultimately, my mom and I decided that it would be best to hire a day-of coordinator at least, that way if there were any mishaps on the big day, we wouldnt have to worry about it. WELL, if I could go back in time, Id go back to the day we got engaged and hire Rebekkah from DAY ONE! I cannot begin to speak highly enough of Rebekkah and Runway Events. We mainly worked with Rebekkah and Heather- I wouldnt have had it ANY other way! Rebekkah runs a tight ship and man does she know what shes doing! She has such a great way of helping brides stay organized, but bonus- she literally knows everyone. Every single one of my vendors was THRILLED when they found out Runway Events was going to be at the helm. They knew wed all be in good hands. Rebekkah and her team did everything that good planners should do. They helped me find vendors I hadnt yet booked, they offered advice on where to find things we were looking for, they provided checklists and tips on how to stay organized. They know the business SO well and were so helpful, I would have been absolutely lost without their guidance. What I am most grateful for is the sense of calm they brought. Heathers smiling face and positive energy was exactly what I needed. In a day full of excitement and adrenaline, the simple sight of Heather was a calming one. When the big day arrived, it went off without a hitch. I cannot adequately express how amazing Heather really was. She was the most cool, calm and collected person Ive ever met. Even when we were running behind schedule and Id stress out, she would assure me that we were fine, and somehow managed to finagle the timeline so that we really were fine. She was SO on top of things, but never once did I feel like she was overbearing or too intense (as so many coordinators can be!!) Before the ceremony she and her team worked like a well-oiled machine. Even when the rings and ring bearer pillows were MIA, she found out about it and they magically appeared in her hands. When I was moments away from walking down the aisle, after my mom, family and friends had all walked out already, she was able to keep me calm with a simple smile and sweet words of encouragement. I cant even begin to express how much I appreciated having her there in that moment. Heather deserves some sort of award for how well she handled the reception. It was a pretty big wedding, so there was a lot to do. She was such a champion when it came to keeping us on our timeline. And I dont know how she did it, but she had this wonderful way of coming up to me and then all of a sudden we were outside taking pictures, or cutting our cake, or getting ready for our grand exit. I never felt like I was being taken away from a conversation, interrupted during my dinner, taken off the dance floor or ANYTHING! She was just so amazing, all night. Every single detail was taken care of thanks to Heather. I feel like this review doesnt even begin to do Runway Events justice. If there was a way to give them a million stars, I would. If you are looking for a coordinator, look no further. And if you are on the fence AT ALL, just go ahead and book Runway Events now. I can personally guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!!

I wish I could sing this company’s praises across the entire world. What a powerful and dominating force these women are. From our first meeting via Skype, to the days after our wedding… Rebekkah was there. She always had the answers to our questions and she thought of everything we may have forgotten or not considered. Runway Events doesn’t leave a single detail out... and they definitely have an eagle eye for the details. On our big day, we had Rebekkah and Devin guiding through every step… and because of it, we didn’t miss anything. We ate all the food, always had a full drink in our hand, and had time to enjoy every single moment. And for that, I will forever be grateful to them. Also, Rebekkah handled all of our floral arrangements. And they were BEAUTIFUL. She took my vision and brought it to life perfectly… and she went above and beyond by adding extra greenery to various elements of our ceremony and reception. It was phenomenal and tied everything together. I didn’t have to stress or wonder about anything, because she had it all handled. I could never imagine having gone through our big day without these two ladies by our side. BEST decision I made in the wedding planning process, by far!

We didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator, but hiring Rebekkah from Runway Events was the best decision we made of our wedding. Rebekkah was wonderful from the start. She was very dedicated and understood our needs exactly. After getting some information about our style and personalities, her suggestions for wedding vendors (dessert, photography, DJ, florist, etc.) fit us perfectly. Because she understood us so well, we went with her first recommendation on most ideas and vendors, and we were not one bit disappointed. Rebekkah was even instrumental in smoothing over opposing views between ourselves and our parents. We met with her frequently, and she was often available to run ideas by, which made us feel much less nervous about our decisions. She was a constant and calming presence. Heather was with us for the day-of wedding, and she was amazing. She understood the flow of the wedding perfectly and attended to all our needs – even ones we didn’t realize we needed! She did a fantastic job of working with the vendors throughout the night to make sure everything was flawless.

I found Rebekkah and her team at a wedding expo in Winter Park, FL. When Rebekkah and I had our first meeting at a mom and pop coffee shop, I felt assured and confident that she would be a huge big help. Rebekkah guided my fiancé and I through choosing our vendors, décor, and attire. Rebekkah did all the vendor research and even got us a discount off each vendor. Rebekkah and her team was always there for my husband and I with an answer to every question, every issue that came about, and my husband and I wedding day. Rebekkah has a great organization system, fun, and reliable. Her team worked with our vendors answered there questions and kept in touch with them. The day of my husband and I wedding, Rebekkah and Danville Bed and Breakfast team worked together to make sure everything went smoothly. Rebekkah was beyond amazing and I couldnt recommend her and her team more. We had a BYOW (bring your own wedding) style event where we secured the space and had to bring everything separately (rentals, caterer, flowers, DJ, decor etc.) and without Rebekkah and Summer, Im not quite sure what we would have done. For our June 2016 wedding in Highlands, NJ we hired Runway Events for the Day of/Month of planning package and it was the best decision we made. We made a huge mistake on an unprofessional and unprepared caterer and somehow Rebekkah was able to manage them without us or our guests knowing what was going on behind scenes. She is the ultimate professional who asks all the right questions to ensure a great event. When she says "Im on it" you can truly rest assured whatever needs to happen will get done.
