I joined KidsSkateFree for my four kiddos to give them something to do over the summer. What a great program! I really appreciate you participating in KidsSkateFree as I know you have a choice. The place was VERY clean. Even the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The music was a great variety of current Top 40 and country as well as some retro. They had two large screens on the back wall with Nick playing on one and Disney Channel on the other. The dj seemed to be having a good time. There was ample seating and lighting. There are arcade type games but I do not let my kids play those. They wanted to skate so that is what we were there for. The snack bar had the usual fare as well as beer and wine. Originally I thought the beer and wine were inappropriate as this is a child venue but there was a group of over 40 women there skating and they all had a drink. Maybe I will rethink this. Bottles of Gatorade, water and soft drinks are in a vending machine for $2.50. Candy bars in the vending machine are $2. Skate rental is available for traditional wheels or inline for $3.49. One of my kiddos took a nasty spill and the staff seemed genuinely concerned and checked on us a couple of times. I thought it was very thoughtful of them. My kids said they liked Bamboozles for various reasons so I think we will be back.

From the age 14 to 23 I roller skated evory weekend and sometimes during the week this is the one thing that gave me good friends and kept me from getting in trouble, it was worth every penny. I have skated here many times along with skate land which is now a goodwill store in south Ft. Myers. I am in my 50s now and dont believe any roller rink should get a 1 star review over an employee issue or food. employees come and go and cheap food is for your convenience (there is no chef in the back preparing your 4 course meal, only microwaves an teenagers.) This activity has kept me off the couch and active all my life, I thank God for all the friends I met while skating and the skating rinks for creating such a great good clean activities for all ages. PS I still am friends with 3 of my skating buddys. Good job Bamboozles

I was there for glow skate tonight in Fort Myers Florida and I was having fun and I went to the bathroom and there was a little girl in the bathroom throwing up. She had to be 7 or younger. I called my sister over to help clean her up, as I ran to the front desk to make an announcement for her mother. There was nobody at the front desk but someone in the back room with the door open. The women that was back there her name is CHRISTINE. She is the rudest staff remember I have meet at any business. I told her there was an emergency and she looked at me and said you can wait a minute and CLOSED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. She made me very upset and mad. How careless can someone be. I think she should go back to customer service class or be laid off her job. Me and my family will NOT be returning to this place with horrible staff.

Excellent customer service skills in all employees first anf for most, huge top notch facility, affordable rates, owners take great pride, and love what they do thats why this is the best place to take my son in all lee county. My son loves this place, and practically lives there, he skates all day, playes tons of games, eats pizza, wins all these prizes, and he says that it just never is dull for a minute. If youre looking for a place who does summer camp, or any other camp while school is on break or during the summer this is the spot! I even go once and a whole to skate with the kids and ill be honest its awesome..the workers make you feel as if your at your own home and safety is one of the most important part of the facility so its the safest, funest venue for your kids.

My daughter and I really enjoy this place. Its clean, the staff are very friendly, skittles the Dragon makes an appearance for childrens birthday parties, and the fact that they have tons of games make this a very family friendly destination. My only suggestions would be to 1) install a water fountain. We could not find one anywhere and yes I realize that they would probably rather sell bottles of water. 2) Voice inflection training for the young DJ on Saturday afternoon. DJs should be encouraged to speak as they normally do without a microphone. Unfortunately many try to sound cool, but wind up annoying their patrons. Lastly, they have after school programs as well as Spring Break programs which are really great for the kids!

Awful experience. I brought a couple of my friends here to have a good time, and experience the rink, as I have been coming here for over 12 years. And the manager, Morgan called the police on me and my friends because of a breif argument over the food. 3 sheriffs came. What on earth was said to the sheriffs department, to blow things out of proportion; that makes it necessary for 3 cops to show up. This was not only an enormous embarrassment to me and my friends, but a pathetic waste of taxpayers money And law enforcement that could be fighting real crime. SHAME ON BAMBOOZLES. I expect far better treatment next time I come to spend my money to enjoy myself.

The best time to go is on friday or Saturday and its awesome Ive always liked roller skating but I always go here to do it. There is music and the best night ever the glow in the dark nights are the best. Everytime I go is at night and its pretty awesome not only kids can have fun but parents can to. They get the awesome view of seeing kids fall and laugh all night long and conversate with others the staff members are super friendly and there are games for everyone plus you can get amazing birthday parties there also for anyone that doesnt want to skate there is an arcade there to play with and win amazing stuff!!!

I love that they participate in the Kids Skate Free program so my children can enjoy an activity I grew up with! Love the new look of the place, but sometimes the music is questionable. Wish there were more rink guards in the middle to separate the slower skaters from the faster ones and help skaters put on their skates properly. Games are fun! Everyone down there is nice, especially when my boys are not on their best behavior. Their calmness and, well niceness helps them calm down as well. (one of them is autistic)

Had a FABULOUS PARTY thanks to Bamboozles. My daughter celebrated her 9yr old bday a few yrs ago & decided she wanted to celebrate her 13th bday here again. The place has been renovated since last time we were there. Bathrooms are clean, music is fun & up to date, skates were in great condition & our party hostess(SAM) was PHENOMENAL!! If your looking for a fun, affordable, all inclusive place to celebrate a birthday Bamboozles is where u need to be!
