This is a great facility for no-hassle birthday parties, however the owner is rude and insolent- not only to my wife and I, but my guests as well. This is our second year that we have held a birthday for our child at this facility, and most likely will be the last. I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt after my first encounter with her, but never again. Especially after I found out about how rude she was with my guests. She also made it abundantly clear that residents of Medina are beneath her and her services (which are over-priced, but are convenient). A lot of my guests were surprised that her business even existed. Im assuming this is due to poor advertising. Again, I think the facility is great for a birthday party, but youve been warned as far as the owner is concerned. You can find similar services that are just as good (and cheaper). Good luck!

This is a great place for kids to have a party of any sorts. The staff was amazing, and made my childs birthday a huge success. I didnt have to do a thing, they took care of everything. Im definitely going again. A great overall place for family and friends.

It is wonderful that I can come and watch and not worry while the boys play. The staff is great and the fun is non stop from the moment you walk in the door.

They need to keep their calendar more up to date. Website shows they are open today but when we went there it was closed :(
