****ATTENTION, if you are looking to have the BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR, please read this post, because I can guarantee YOU have found the RIGHT ONE: At Last Wedding + Event Design **** From my entire vendors, to hire Jaclyn Fraser the owner of, At Last, was the best decision I could have done! I am the pickiest person in general, so knowing that my Wedding was coming up “December 17, 2016” the most Important day of my life, the day I had been waiting for, I was anxious. I wanted to make sure everything was beyond PERFECT from the beginning to the end. I use Wedding Wire to browse around for coordinators, I met with three of them and I felt disappointed. I keep doing my research like YOU are today and I could say I didn’t personally meet with Jaclyn Fraser at the time, but from day number one she makes me feel I have found someone! What a relieve, right! Jaclyn Fraser sent me an email, and we had a phone conversation, she explained everything in details, I notice how organized she was and with everything she included in her package “Day off” I was SOLD. Months went by and everything went exactly how she told me from day one. I received a checklist every other month, which help me to keep track on every step I needed to make. Weeks before my wedding we met I told her and show her everything, I ask myself how can she possibly understand me, but she seems a person I can TRUST and COUNT on it. I won’t’ lie, my last weeks I was falling apart and I was everywhere. Jaclyn was also there giving me support every way, from suggestions, ideas, advice, everything I needed to know and understand. She was available all the time from AM to PM and she will reply within minutes to my phone calls, text or emails. Definitely extremely responsible, and extremely helpful. The day of the rehearsal I was running late, she was so patient with me, and we were able to execute what it was plan. I received a bad news from the Venue (Lake Mary Event Center) which at the moment makes me feel so sad. They notify me that I was not able to throw petals outside, so we had to change some things around. Of course with so much stress I was so worried and emotional, Jaclyn was able to calm me down, and gave me HOPE! My Ceremony was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Everyone LOVE IT! The “Day of” the WEDDING!!!! WOW, Jaclyn and her team (Jaclyn, Amanda B. & Jen) went above and beyond, from the morning till the end, they also packed and put everything away. My family and friends didnt have to worry about anything. She was able to get in my mind and make every detail and idea possible. Words will never be enough to express my gratitude to her, she did everything so PERFECT! The moment I walk into my reception, I cry, I was amazed, speechless, it was everything I dream about! All of my guesses were so happy, loving and enjoying everything. All my wedding was beyond organized and to perfection! Even after my wedding, she contacts me in order to cover some details “post-wedding checklist”! She is a keeper!! Hands down THE BEST COORDINATOR In Central Florida! Our wedding was the Saturday after Hurricane Matthew. Needless to say, the week leading up to our wedding was extremely stressful. Jaclyn had already done an amazing job up to this point -- confirming all our vendors, putting together an awesome and detailed timeline, and providing advice throughout the whole wedding-planning process. However, once it became clear that the hurricane was going to have a huge impact on the wedding, Jaclyn became even more indispensible. During the days leading up to the wedding, Jaclyn checked in with us and all our vendors and kept on top of everything to make sure that everyone was on the same page and had the most up-to-date information to be able to make any changes necessary. Due to the weather, we ended up with around 40 less guests than expected. Jaclyn worked seamlessly with us and all of the vendors to make sure that our wedding was just as we imagined it, even with this huge, unexpected weather issue. The morning of the wedding, Jaclyn re-arranged our floor plan to make sure that the room looked both full and just as we originally imagined it. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, including making a last minute shopping trip to get a fancy hanger for dress photos. She did all of this on top of taking care of every other small detail, from making sure our ceremony ran perfectly (despite our rehearsal being cancelled since it was supposed to take place in the middle of the storm), to packing up all of our keepsakes at the end of the night. I dont just recommend that every couple hire Jaclyn, I would scream it from the rooftops if I could. She was a lifesaver, and helped both keep me calm (nearly impossible) and make our wedding day perfect, despite a huge hurricane.

At Last Wedding + Event Design is worth every penny and more. If you are on the fence, don’t be. Hiring a coordinator is the best gift you can give yourself (and your family) for your wedding, and Jaclyn and her team are THE WAY TO GO. They did my friend’s wedding flawlessly, and when it came to mine it was a no brainer who to call. They are experienced, organized, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, trustworthy, credible, available and overall wonderful to work with. The owner, Jaclyn was available and so responsive throughout the entire process – sending proactive checklists and answering any question I had with answers, tips and suggestions. She knows this market, industry and that latest trends inside and out. Katie and her team led the day-of coordination. Katie is SO SO SO WONDERFUL! She took over everything starting a couple weeks out. I’m telling you right now – being in hands you can trust when it gets down to crunch time is priceless. She confirmed so many details I hadn’t even thought of and kept everything so organized. She coordinated/confirmed vendors, created timelines and contact sheets, sent reminders and so much more. Your wedding day is such a special day, and it was very important for me to feel like I could be present and not worry. I showed up to my wedding not having to think about any detail, decoration, timing, schedule, or plan. You can truly enjoy the day and know that if anything needs a “plan-b,” you are not ever even going to know about it. They even follow up with post-wedding checklists which are very helpful! I could go on and on. Working with them exceeded my expectations and then some. Book them. You will not regret it. THANK YOU, AT LAST!!!! We love you!!!!!

At Last is the way to go!!!! You will not regret hiring Jaclyn and her team! Best investment ever!!!! Jaclyn and her team with At Last Wedding + Event Design were an absolute God send! I cant even begin to explain or find the right words to express how AMAZING she and her team are at their specialty. Jaclyn was by my side for the entire 12 months leading up to my wedding. She was always available whenever I ran into any issues during the entire planning process and would return all emails within hours. She made sure I wasnt stressed out and whenever I did feel like I was, she was quick to calm my worries. I received monthly checklists from her which were an absolute lifesaver since I had never planned such a large event like a wedding. Jaclyn had amazing recommendations for all vendors and for that I will be forever greatful. The day of my wedding, I did not have one thing to worry about. Jaclyn had an hour by hour timeline that was not only given to myself and my husband, but was sent to every single one of my vendors, ensuring the day would run smoothly and that everyone was on the same page. When I arrived at my venue, I was blown away by the job that had been done. Jaclyn had done a flawless job setting up and organizing everything/everyone and was able to bring my fairy tale wedding to life. She took my husband and I aside for about 10 minutes prior to the reception so we could have a first look at our ballroom. I cried. I will forever be thanking Jaclyn and forever grateful to her and her team for making our wedding day the most amazing, spectacular day ever!
