New to the area, looking for a barbershop. Called this place to inquire about services. After asking what razors they use, the person says "Im busy, man" and proceeds to hang up the phone. I called back and they told me to "give it up dude" and of course hung up the phone yet again. I call a third time to give them the benefit of a doubt and a chance to redeem themselves and a women picks up the phone and sarcastically tells me to "give them a review" and that "the worse it is, the better". Absolutely pathetic shop, but I guess not much more can be expected from individuals who dont even take the time to learn how to properly speak English, much less learn a thing or two about customer centricity. Please do not give these rude, ungrateful, and offensive people your business, they sure as hell dont deserve it.

I have been going to Gardens East Barber Shop for 5 years and when it was sold I continued to be a customer. Nick and Helena are great and I have never had a bad haircut. The shop is clean and the conversation is always good. You can be a walk in or call and make an appointment they are always ready to accommodate. If your looking for a great place to get your haircut, male or female, this is the place!

I just moved into the area and decided to get my hair cut. This shop was close so I decided to try it. Not only was the hair cut fast but it was done very well. I found a nearby barber and I am 100% happy with this shop. Great prices and quality. It was a very friendly atmosphere too.

Today I went to Gardens East Barber Shop for the first time and am very glad I did. I got a nice haircut at a reasonable price (Nick cut my hair). The shop is very nice inside. The owners, Nick and Helena, are very nice. I now plan to go there for my future haircuts.

Great prices?? $16 for a 5 minute haircut, that was a mess when i got home, long strands not cut, back all jangled up, uneven. no neck shave. worse haircut ever. Yes they were nice, id be nice too if i were making $320/hr to give bad haircuts, id be super nice!

Nick & Helena are fast, professional and very pleasant. Easy parking, bagel shop nextdoor, Subway, Publix and ACE Hardware around the corner, same plaza. A++ in my opinion.
