I wouldnt leave ONE STAR this company is not worth the one!!! I came to this company to find employment New to the Panama City area and I sat down had a interview with cydne for their medical billing and coding position which is still available because i had my sister call and question the Same position which she was told is still available. From start to finish sat Down had a interview was told I needed EMAIL REFERENCE FOR ALL MY OLD JOBS (some jobs dont have emails so I had to get personal emails which they was not happy to give me) and my transcript from school or copy of diploma BEFORE I CAN BE OFFERED WITH ANY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. I graduated from my home town my husband misplaced my school transcript so I had to call the school and request a new transcript be sent to me here which took a couple days. Once I received the transcript I dropped it off. Maybe a hour later I received a email saying the position was not longer available because I took so long to bring the transcript. I said all that to say this DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..... Reply to the OWNER My grammar has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with it and and you are mad that I made a review about your company. I MADE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I CAN FUNNY GOD WORK IN MANY WAYS THIS COMPANY IS RACIST AND IF YOU ANY RACE OTHER THAN WHITE EITHER YOU ARE UNEDUCATED AND CANT CAPITALIZE LETTERS IN YOUR EMAIL! lol have proper grammar for job thats paying $12.00 hourly. Thank you lord I have a job that pays more than 12 and I dont have to sit inside a cubicle and watch google for reviews.

Snelling is an excellent agency for anyone looking for work. Last year, I was out of state, due to relocate to the area in August 2016. In July, I saw a position on Snellings website that I was interested in. After reading the requirements for the job, I knew it was for me! I submitted an application to Snelling and received a call a few days later from Marina. I scheduled a time to meet with her after I moved to the area in August. The meeting was very informative and I learned more about the position Id applied for, and told Marina about my past work history, gave her my references, etc. She recommended that I be considered for the position that Id applied for and after interviewing with the employer, I was offered the position. I started in early September, and after a 90-day probationary period, I was a permanent employee! I have now been with my employer for six months and I love it! Marina has called me a few times to make sure all is going well - excellent customer service! There were no fees with Snelling, and everything went smoothly. I can not say enough about Snelling! This place is the most compassionless and insensitive agency I have ever came across. I sent in multiple applications and after being told that I would be contacted for a sit-down review; I never heard back from them. Here is the reality of unemployment. People sometimes lose their jobs to no fault of their own. They struggle to make ends meet, to pay rent, to not fall behind on bills, to make sure their children get fed, all the while praying that they find another employment opportunity. Fear and panic start to creep up because their savings start to dry up. Credit cards are pushed to the limit and it seems like youve sent out millions of job applications only to get lost in cyberspace. I found this agency looking for hope and some assistance to help me get back on my feet but they treated me with an elitist approach. As if they were too busy or too important to help someone find employment. They had a "you need us, we dont need you" attitude and it was merciless. I have yet to find a job, but I will most certainly make sure that you dont waste your time with this company. Go find that job on your own accord and save your optimism for that next job interview.

Marina Hite : I was going through a big life change 3 years ago (Divorce) and after 8 months of looking on my own I was referred to Snelling. Within a month I was offered employment which turned into a long term job. Snelling just didnt find me a job, they helped me find my way back to being independent and being the provider for my Son. My opinion may be bias but they helped me on 2 different occasions without hesitation. Additionally, they have found me my forever home with their company.
