Horrible pretty pissed I even seen some of the staffing specialist rolling there eyes and being rude to people witch makes me wonder why they are working there I was given a job at aspen surgical worked for 4 day cause I started on a Tuesday thought ideas doing well nobody had any complaints Friday comes around I work my 8 hour shift still nobody saying anything to me git out went home and my phone rigs it gills they tell me my assignment is done I ask why all the could tell me was it wasnt working out so I went in to get another job got one showed up there 10 min early go to walk inside where that lady told me to go also gave me a picture and there is a key card lock she did not say anything about a key card or gave me one so I waiting to see if other workers walked in well the lady must of not known what door it was cause there was literally nobody going in OR out so I call Gill I want in the parking lot for three hours I get a call back I tell them whats going on you know what they said to me that I didnt need a key card I also said something about nobody being there the lady on the other end rudely said thats not possible and was acting like I was lying for some reason she then told me very snotty that she didnt have not one job for me thanks for nothing

Gill is probably the worst company I have had to deal with. Their employees are rude and condescending; they treat everyone like they are stupid. Every time I called, communication was difficult and the front desk staff were rude. Getting them to fax over any employee information to anyone was a process that took days to weeks and several tries to accomplish. There was a lot of "lost" paperwork that never seemed to reach its destination, even though faxing is literally a press of a button. There is no communication between departments and it makes everything confusing. The first and only time Ive been laid off was through Gill and they didnt bother to call me. They had my boyfriends number too and called him and said, "Tell your girlfriend not to go into work tomorrow." A nice way to find out you have no job, right? And when I informed my actual place of employment what had occurred, he got a call back from the front desk girl from Gill, yelling at us for making her look bad. It was so unbelievably unprofessional. Bottom line, they will get you a job, but be prepared to be belittled and treated like you dont matter when things get rough. I recommend Williamson Staffing as an alternative.

My last visit to this office (2013) was pitiful at best. I had previously applied here 2 yrs earlier, but did not follow up then. The entire process this time, lasted 1.5 wasted hours. I had completed their online application days earlier, but was now informed at the front desk they "could not locate it", though the girl managed to pull up an older applicant profile from 2010. After I reapplied for CLERICAL work (not industrial), I sat for what seemed like eons, awaiting my interview and clerical testing. Finally a staff member led me to the back area... wasted my time with a bolt/washer thing, after I clarified that I was interviewing for Clerical work only. Then she gave me a paper full of squares, stating I had to draw stars into each, as their "dexterity test" - which I did not do, as it was a crock of bull. Then I promptly inquired about the actual computer testing. She informs me "they do not do that until a job is offered". I then waited another 20 minutes for an actual clerical interview... Got fed up and left - but not before telling the front desk that they were plain rude in making me wait, and in taking needless industrial tests when I was there for office work

I have worked through Gill Staffing for 13 years. I have worked for other temp agencies in the past and have never had the responsive and positive relationship with others as I have with Gill. The people at Gill have always treated me with respect and in a professional manner. Information received from and communications with Gill are always timely and positive. They have worked effortlessly on my behalf when there have been issues with incorrect hours by the assigned employer. I have enjoyed my relationship with Gills staff and the company that I have worked for through Gill Staffing. I would recommend using Gill Staffing if you are looking for work whether it be part time or full time. I suggest to anyone who works as a temp to work smart, work hard, show up on time, focus on being a good employee and what might start out as a temp assignment might become a permanent job.

i would like to express my highest regards for Gill Staffing. From the very first encounter with this company, everything moved smoothly and quickly. Gill Staffing offered me a full time position within a week, I had an opportunity to visit the location and run the job for half an hour before making a decision to accept it, which I did. The pay is good, as I work through the 90 day probation period, almost accomplished. This company then hires in permanent positions. Bonus... I received health and dental insurance in the first 30 days as a temp with Gill! Im insured. Love the job and plan on staying. I just cant say enough about Gill, and I want to especially thank Nicki, my consultant, and Brooke. They have been the best ever. Try this staffing company, they can help you.

Gill Staffing is a decent temp agency to consider when looking for a job. The only thing I didnt care for was having to constantly call them in regards to a job I was looking to get and issues that had arose, to the point where I felt I was getting on their nerves. Other than the few hiccups, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. At times, it might feel like theyre just trying to throw a job at you, but if you let them know what youre looking for, are qualified and said job is available, they do try to assist you in all ways that they can to get you that job. Overall, be true to what youre looking for, and if you find it at Gill Staffing, hopefully you will experience some of the friendly, professional and generous staff I had the pleasure to work with.

The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is I have to but not only that at least some staff are respectful. But GILL STAFFING SUCKS!!! You sit there for 1-3 hours do all these test answer all these questions finally sit and speak with an agent then they tell you what they have you say okay or not. Send you to an interview MAYBE then you never hear back from them again. Ive been working with them over a year now and NEVER got a job through them because they NEVER follow up with you or give you any updates. I had an interview with a call center 2 weeks ago since then Ive called almost every other day and SHE NEVER NEVER PICKS UP!! I leave Voicemails and that doesnt help either. Like just say yes or no they say nothing at all. Not recommended at all!!!
