If you are seeking a career, I 200% recommend Aerotek. Almost 4 years ago I was contacted by Aerotek. My main recruiter, Bradley Ash, made it his goal to make sure I was placed in the right career. We met about once a week, which about 99.9% of the time I was taken out to dinner (this is something Aerotek does as a company) and we discussed different careers that were out there and also they wanted to know my personal goals in life. This helps give them an idea of what kind of career path you line up with. One of the best things I love about this company is that they work for you. They spend day after day after day trying to get the right place for you. The best thing of all is the relationship that you build with your recruiter. There isnt a month that goes by where Bradley isnt calling me to see how things are going. Bradley has now been promoted to contracts manager and is located in Bowling Green, KY. If you are in that area give him a call! If you are local to Louisville, KY please give Phil Sexton a call. He is the account manager of that office and will get you connected with the right recruiter to help turn your employment into a set career. I give both guys and their teams an A++++++!

The ladys name was Angie . She was very rude to me but was very nice to my girlfriend . My girlfriend had told me wen I left the room she talked bad about me (very childish to do at your own job) lol . Wasnt helpful at all we ended up having to ask the other people working all our questions . Then lied to us after we left saying we used the same email to go take our drug test so we wasted time & gas just for one of us to be able to do a drug test only . Then we continually asked her about our back ground checks and she replied with "I have no clue" .... its your job to get us this job why dont you know anything ?.. then almost a month went by and we STILL havent gotten into that job she was suppose to help us get. She called saying the job was taken already after we waited weeks to hear from them . So we went to another temp service and guess what ? They did their job correctly, we start our new job for $13 in a week! I highly recommend if you go to aerotek dont ask for Angie . We will never go there again . WASTE OF MY TIME. I usually wont do bad reviews like this but thats how bad it was to make me do a bad review.

Initally, I was doubtful that I would likely find the ideal position I was looking using Aeroteks service. I had recently graduated from UK with a degree in Mining Engineering and I was primarily applying for a position to gain some experience (which was a detailer/draftsman position in Lexington). Long story short, it didnt pan out as expected and I went back to the drawing board. Fast forward roughly 3 weeks, I was contacted by Farihah at Aerotek in Louisville, at which time I learned about a position in the asphalt industry doing drafting and potentially engineering work... coincidentally, the 3D parametric modeling software used by the company was the ONLY one that I had extensive experience with. Not only did I get the job, I am now no longer a "temp" but rather a full time salary employee. Much thanks to Justin and Farihah for all their efforts in helping me land a great career... I guess you could say Aerotek helped me "pave" my way to success (pun intended).

Aerotek has been a warm welcome and pleasure to work with since I moved to Kentucky! I moved here a few months ago, leaving behind a satisfying chemistry-type, career job in Washington. My recruiter at Aerotek, Courtney, diligently put in the effort to find me a comparable job with similar or better pay (albeit a temp job, but it is a foot in the door). Once I did my part and I was offered a contract, she expedited my paperwork, kept me updated on the progress, and had me working in a few days! Courtney was very friendly and professional and patiently answered my millions of questions (especially when I was anxious about starting work). She had made the job-seeking experience easy and she continues to follow up to ensure that I am still happy working with the contract company (who has now put a permanent position on the table for me :-)). I had a very positive experience with Courtney and Aerotek and would highly recommend them to job-seekers!

That moment when I was experiencing an extreme difficult financial situation. I knocked the door of Aerotek Staffing Agency seeking any job that could help me. They have impressed me from the first time, where the front desk staff was so friendly, and welcoming, and listened to me , and scheduled an appointment to meet Ms.Amanda Davis the recruiter from Engineering department. When I met Amanda, I found her so helpful and supportive, she has revised my resume step by step. She has given me a new hope by finding the job that best fits my skills. I was amazed about how hard worker she is , and her communications, she is always there either by phone, email, or in person. even after got the job, she kept following with me if I need any thing and offers to help. I absolutely recommend Ms.Amanda Davis for all my friends who are seeking jobs, and Im so grateful for her and for Aerotek Staffing Agency.

My experiences have been both good and bad. The secret appears to be the recruiter you work with. An interview I had scheduled for a position I wanted, and for which I was well qualified, got cancelled at the last minute about a year ago. I found out later than my recruiter had left the company, and I still dont know the whole story. My current recruiter, Chelsea Miller, is conscientious, professional, and responsive. She calls or texts when she says she will, returns calls (or texts) promptly, has answers to my questions, and does a great job coaching and encouraging me. If my previous recruiter had been as good at her job as Chelsea is proving to be, I probably would not be looking for a new job now. Chelsea has been top-notch and a pleasure to work with since our first conversation.

You better off going to prison. Aerotek has got to be the most poorly run business in America. These people no nothing about being honest. The lady that works there, her name is Julie and she was A administrator for Satan. She told me that she had a position for that I could start within a week. She told me that she was going to email me all the information and then said that she was going to call me back with an official start date. Two weeks later. I never got an email I was never told nothing about the job. And when I called Julie always sent me to voice mail. She got back on the phone with me. This place is poorly run and this location in Louisville is killing the national brand. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.

My experience with Aerotek Louisville turned out to be wonderful. I called them about two years ago and gave them my qualifications and needs for a new position. I didnt hear from them until a few months ago and actually forgot that I called them. I received a call from Farihah Hossain when I most needed a job, which proves to me that they keep your information and continue to look for an opportunity that fits you most. Perfect timing! Farihah was able to find a position that I absolutely love. She was genuinely concerned about my welfare and helped and coached me every step of the way. She returned every call and followed up to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend Aerotek and Farihah to anyone looking for a new job.
