I wish I could give zero stars. If anyone from this "agency" calls you, run in the opposite direction. That is, of course, unless you want to pay nearly $1100 every month for their insurance plans, and you like not getting paid for working. Ive been with Aerotek for nearly 8 weeks. In that time, I was roped into exorbitantly expensive insurance and have not been paid twice. I have children, so of course when I was looking for insurance, I wanted something with ER and hospital coverage. The only option (from the 2 offered) was what they call the "high deductible" plan. For the privilege of carrying this plan, you get to pay 100% of your costs out of pocket until you meet your deductible, which is something around ten grand. It doesnt cover any mental health, and the only pharmacy I can use is 12 miles from my house. They charge you $268 per week for this wonderful coverage. Thats $1072 a month for a job that only pays $1680 a month. I dont know about anyone else, but even with weekly visits to a therapist and medication, I dont spend $1072 every month. Better coverage through the Marketplace is only $562 per month. After realizing this, I cancelled my coverage online. At least, I thought I did. There is clearly an option on the website that mentions the coverage being too expensive. After a few days of no response, I called someone at Allegis. At this point, they threw the ACA in my face and insisted that the IRS required them to force me to keep my coverage. I have proof of continued coverage from my husbands job, and I sent this in. They deigned to change my plan to the lower-premium plan but would not cancel my coverage, again citing the ACA and threatening me with the IRS. It was implied that the only way I could get out of coverage was to quit the job I was working and try to hire back in later. They also told me that there may be penalties for being "double covered," which apparently also counts as insurance fraud. During this time, I was averaging $60 each week for 30-40 hours of work. Thats barely gas money to and from my job. This week was supposed to be the week when the lower premium went into effect. Instead, I get a statement from Aerotek that says that they took not one, but two premiums out: the high deductible plan and the less expensive plan. Oddly enough, the two premiums together exactly equaled what my pay would have been. This makes the second week that Ive brought home absolutely nothing. I paid to work for them for 2 weeks. Ive had some really horrible jobs over the years, but never have I worked for free. If anyone asks, I tell them to run in the opposite direction. Dont work for this company. They dont care about their "clients," they only care about how much money they can squeeze from them.

i have worked for aerotek for over a year now,and I have enjoyed my time with them! ive worked for them out of the demoines iowa office and now the grand rapids Michigan office.they have stayed in constant contact with me on and off the job sites and if ive had any issues they have worked in a rapid matter to resolve the issues! they are always striving to improve their employees experience on the job site and they are always open to communication to help. I am a pipefitter and have been for many years now, and I can tell you that Aerotek really cares for their employees and will do anything in their power to place you on a job and make sure you have a great experience on the job!! I highly recommend Aerotek to anyone who is currently seeking employment no matter what trade you are!

I had an awesome experience with them today! Must be the festivities Halloween Spirit in the air They were really friendly to mee I was shocked!! They had a really nice set up!!! After some of the bogus temp agencies I had to go through who treated people like as if they were animals its nice theres still a place that treats you like human beings & not just see you as goal a number to meet their daily quota I forgot to mention the phone line is odd I can never get a hold of someone. I forgot to mention it to the front ladies at the front desk. So if I were you I would go through the traditional route & drive to see it for yourself. Thank You Aerotek I really appreciate it today! It was a good mood booster :D

Having never worked through a temp agency before I can only give Aerotek a top rating! I have been in construction for over 30 years and my representative has done more than fulfill my needs and expectations of my skill sets. He had a large range of projects for me to choose from and the companies they are Staffing for seem to be very reputable and solid. Also I cannot even put into words how helpful their support staff has been with helping me with the more technical issues with the online payroll and benefits programs. In short if you have skills in construction these guys can help you out! If youre in between jobs or just having trouble finding a place I highly recommend these guys

I submitted a resume for a job through Aerotek. I received a phone call from them very soon after I submitted the resume and had an interview within a week! This was the fifth staffing company that I was using and by far the best in my opinion. The other four staffing places have had my resume for months now, with almost no news of prospective jobs... I now have an assignment with a company with which I hope to receive a job offer after the contract is completed. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a job. Talk about results!

Wow! Watch them..They are scammers and what they say in the interview about your pay! Yes! They wanted to barter his pay right before his first paycheck. they changed my husband pay. Shorted him 3$ an hour plus time an a half. They look u for people on INDEED. And watch what you tell them if they think your desperate they will pull this on you, too! he had to argue with them about mandatory overtime with the company in which he was placed. One guy was so intimidated he doesnt even claim his overtime.

This was my first time dealing with Aeroteck as a recruiting company. My experience with the process was very good. I had no problems with paperwork or communication with my recruiter. I would recommend Aeroteck to anyone looking for a job..!!! I cant speak for all locations but the Grand Rapids MI, an Las Vegas, NV office was excellent in service. Thank u once again Bryan, for all your hard work and service. First class service as a recruiter. .☆☆☆☆☆.

Ive registered at far better places.. They habitually called me about once every two or three months, and always a different recruiter who somehow needed to "drill" me on my background, qualifications etc. unnecessarily, and then request an updated version of my resume, when its been only a few months..??? Very poor follow-up, after initial interview. And phone calls/voice-mails unreturned. Very unimpressed with this place.

I worked for this company during the summer. I was placed at a decent job and worked for nearly 3 months, didnt miss a day until they ended my assignment when I was 2 weeks away from getting hired in..recently I called back and a representative hung up in my face, So unprofessional. And this is how they represent Aeroteck?! Wow some helpful temp agency. I will never refer anyone to this place again!
