The staff here at pride staff was and has been very helpful with job placement and working with there employees. They are a member of the grand rapids chamber of commerce which is a big selling point for me along with there person-ability. They work one on one with there employees to find fit and place all employees under there care along with asking YOU the employee what it is your looking for along with what your wanting to make. If your looking for a staffing agency that will make you feel like they are here just to staff you and focus on your needs this is the place for you to go.

Experience: Walk in, and you are immediately greeted with warm personalities. You have a general "greet and meet" with the recruiters. You leave wanting to throw your arms around each of them and give them a hug, like they are your family AND professional advocates. This isnt a "run of the mill" staffing agency . This company is going to be a breakthrough in the market for both clients and candidates, in my humble opinion. Felt good as soon as I walked in the office. People are so warm and friendly. As I filled out my application, I could hear the man in the next room was going off to a great job. I was so excited for him! Someone else was told over the phone they were getting sent off to a great job! PrideStaff is a great staffing agency to work for. The workers are very friendly, polite, and kind. They are really down to earth and they cater to your needs very well. I would advise anyone, if you are looking for work and you are serious, to go through PrideStaff. The job that I have is great, I wouldnt trade it for the world! Worst case scenario: something happens to the assignment I am at now, they would be the first place I would go to acquire a new one.
