Brought a 100% wool hat there to get cleaned, upon pickup I noticed the hat was very tight. I informed them of this and they ran it under some steam which only temporarily fixed the issue. Now it will barely fit on my head. Called them and they offered to "resteam" it. Their response which they stated several times "I dont know what to tell you" How about pay for my hat that I can no longer wear thanks to you guys? $3 dry cleaned turned into a $40 bill for me. This company will not take responsibility for ruining your clothing.

Gave a pant in for dry cleaning and ironing - not sure what they did, but it was still very wrinkled. They also completely ruined my $300 silk blouse. Surprisingly, I had to still pay the cost of dry cleaning it, which was unreasonable. Whats worse - she was unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. None of my other tops, blazers and pants were dry cleaned well. Do your clothes a favor and go some place else.

I always take my suits and shirts here and they do an excellent job. The last time I left a wad of cash in my pocket and when I returned to pick up my items the first thing they did was return my cash. Thats the kind of service that you dont see anymore and is greatly appreciated. Also did I mention they also do a fantastic job on my laundry with just the perfect amount of starch in my shirts.

Standard laundromat. Pricing reasonable. $2.50 for single load; 7 minutes of drying time per quarter in small dryers. For a 24-hour facility, relatively clean. But restroom always locked, and you have to call a number and wait for someone to come let you in? Thats a drawback.

Went there after reading good reviews from them on google and decided to try them. The lady that is at the front desk is really nice! They did a great job and had excellent customer service! Would recommend others to go there!

Their info on the phone was great! Their greeting was great when I dropped off a dress suit to be dry cleaned. I now have to wait till Monday afternoon for the results. :)
