I moved to Dublin in 1997, the same time Martinizing opened in this location. I was very lucky as it was close to my home in Hemingway Village. The proprietor has a strong work ethic and is very chatty. I can understand that possibly being inconvenient for someone on the go, but its nice to have someone willing to chat you up these days rather than just treat you like some number. I have had many clothes cleaned there. Whenever Ive been unsatisfied with the quality, which is rare, theyve been more than happy to re-do the work free of charge. I can tell the owner cares very much about keeping his customers happy. I was given a disgustingly dirty suede jacket by a good friend in college which no one was able to get clean until I took it to Martinizing. In addition, Ive had shirts with broken buttons returned with new, perfectly matching buttons, also free of charge. This was something I did not expect. I am now a nurse and do not need my clothes cleaned as often, but whenever I am in Dublin to visit my parents and need something cleaned, I am more than happy to come back to this location. It is a franchise, but it is independently owned by someone who really cares that his customers are happy. Additionally, theyve added free pick-up and delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays. Youd be wise to try Martinizing on Perimeter Drive if youre looking for a new place to clean your clothes. Thanks for reading.

The girl there is always really nice. The guy there is rude. Never says hi, doesnt rip off my receipt he just leaves in on the machine. He was rude when i came in right before they closed. his loss!! ill be taking our clothes else where.
